Took our e bike to Metro to have some work done. They were great! From the customer service to the service technician they were awesome! Very knowledgeable. Communication couldn't have been better. I was researching a Yamaha Vino and saw a few for sale online in the Green Bay area. Metro Motorcycle had one in stock with low miles and a great price per JD Power price guide. The transaction to purchase only took a few minutes and the scooter is awesome. The owner made the purchase so pleasant.

I can't thank this place enough for NOT getting back to me on the purchase of an ebike for my daughter. After 3 phone calls/conversations with staff and an unanswered email regarding an OTD price I researched alternative options and found the exact same bike online for a fraction of the price. Free shipping saved me a 9 hour round trip drive from Minnesota as well! Maybe I was small potatoes to them hence the poor customer service?
