I have purchased two Harleys, 2024 Nightster Special and a 2025 Heritage Classic, in the past two months from Jet City. I had not been ridding since 1990 and wanted to start again so I thought I would stop in at Jet City since it was close to home. Noelle greeted me as I entered and started to look around. I shared my story, and Noelle showed me several motorcycles she thought would fit what I was looking for. Noelle made me feel welcome, at ease, and showed genuine interest in my feelings. Once I decided to purchase Tim worked out a good deal with me. After purchase Noelle followed up with me often to make sure, I was happy with my purchase and invite me and my wife to all of their weekly events. Jet City is the only place I will purchase from, and Noelle is the "Fit Specialist" that made me get back into riding. She is great so I came back two months later, when I decided to upgrade, and received the same great experience from the team and Jet City. The whole team is great as I have spoken with many of them and all are knowledgeable and welcoming providing friendly family experience from Sales, Merchandise, Parts, Service. Great customer service from the pre-buy to buying to after the sale. Shout to the Whole team and especially Noelle for getting the wind back in my face again. Thank you.

I just traded in my Road Glide for a 2025 Pan America 1250 ST. Noele and J-Lo were, as always, amazing. This is the third bike that I have purchased from this team and I LOVE working with them. My wife, who gets frustrated with the sales process, loves Noele and is always happy when she is the one helping us. Every time I've gone to jet City, I have had phenomenal service either in the sales process or from the service department itself with maintenance or customizations. If you're looking for a great team to get into a Harley from, I suggest you go down there and work with Noele and J-Lo. I can't sing their praises enough. Thanks again you two for great experience and for getting me what I need out of a motorcycle.
The staff here were outstanding! I didn't catch the saleswoman's name, but I do remember her nails matched the color of her bike, super nice detail. There was also a gentleman with a handlebar mustache who helped me find an great Harley coat. Everyone I met was friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy. The dealership itself is impressive, outside, the Harley-Davidson sign spins and immediately catches your attention, and inside, the place is spotless with plenty of new inventory. To top it off, they serve the best popcorn I've ever had at a dealership. Jet City really sets the standard for what a great Harley dealership should be!
