Had a great buying experience at Ducati Redmond. There was no pressure to buy and the staff was very friendly and helpful. All conditions were met and bike was ready and equipped when promised. Tom was great to work with.
I recently had an Ohlins front fork rebuild, plus a few other items performed on my 2012 Multistrada by Robin & Gary. Of significant concern was the exhaust backfiring which Gary immediately diagnosed as a cracked header pipe. The Ducati Redmond service team did a fantastic job diagnosing the problem, (which another PNW area Ducati dealer failed to do despite being asked), and servicing my bike in record time, thus allowing me to take a scheduled long distance ride. I am thoroughly pleased and satisfied with their quality of service and professionalism. Plus the sales team is very knowledgeable and friendly. Paul P
Been to this shop a few times now and it's always great experiences from sales to service. Excellent representation of the top notch Ducati brand! The staff here are super nice and understanding. Got myself a few items from the apparel sections, high quality and tons of compliments wearing them :)
Worked with this team to purchase my new bike and had a great experience. Interacting with any type of vehicle dealership can be frustrating/annoying, but I had a pleasant experience working with them on price and closing the deal. Highly recommend shopping here for your next Ducati; I will be when I inevitably want another to keep mine company.
I was traveling around the States and decided to stop in Seattle. I found an official Ducati dealer and asked for service. I made an oil service on my Streetfighter v4s and changed tires. DUCATI Redmond dealer damaged my rims when replacing the tires. Don't recommend this dealer! PS ducati dealer please do not write that I am so inattentive and did not notice the damage. I know my bike, every scratch on it.

Buying a snowmobile from Ducati Redmond in Redmond, Washington? Use this checklist to avoid costly surprises.
Inspect the track and slides
Lay the sled on its side and check the track for cracks, missing lugs, or cuts. Pull the track away from the slides and check for wear groove depth — worn slides increase drive noise and reduce efficiency.
Check the hood and tunnel for damage
Cracks in the hood or tunnel can signal a past crash. Look for mismatched or faded plastic, which often means replacement panels were installed after damage.
Inspect the carbides and skis
Carbide runners on the ski underside provide steering. Worn carbides (less than 3/16" remaining) reduce handling on packed snow. Ski replacement is inexpensive, but factor it into your offer.
Check coolant and oil
Pull the coolant reservoir cap and oil tank dipstick. Milky coolant signals water contamination. Low or dirty oil signals deferred maintenance. Ask ${dealerName} for service records.
Ask about storage and season history
A properly stored snowmobile — fuel stabilized, fogged engine, battery maintained — will start and run far better than one that sat neglected. Ask Ducati Redmond about the unit's storage and riding history.
Snowmobile financing is seasonal. Knowing the basics helps you get the best deal at Ducati Redmond in Redmond, Washington before the riding season starts.
Typical Loan Terms
24 to 60 months is typical for snowmobile loans.
Down Payment
10% to 20% down is standard. Off-season purchases sometimes qualify for promotional rates.
Pro Tip
Get pre-approved by your bank before visiting Ducati Redmond — it gives you a rate to compare against dealer financing.
Manufacturer finance programs (Ski-Doo, Polaris, Arctic Cat) often offer zero-interest or low-rate deals in the off-season. Ask Ducati Redmond what programs are currently available. Buying in spring or summer often yields better financing deals than buying in fall.
