We bought a 2022 side by side. We are still waiting for delivery after 11 days. Promises made, for delivery and then promises broken. For this reason I give them one star and would not recommend them. We are going down tomorrow to try and pick it up ourselves. We will see. After that we will take other action.
American Marine has been receptive of my concerns. They helped address multiple warranty issues on my Axis. Some of them took a couple visits, but that was due to issues on Malibu’s side. They have always continued to work with me until things were to my satisfaction. Ultimately, this is what I am looking for in a dealership and in their service department.
Fixed my 4 Wheeler Electonics Great. Engine Cooling System works Great. sensors working good now. No such thing as overheating engine anymore. Excellent work. Plus they put on my Heavy Duty plow years ago… Still working like a charm.
