Junk. Nothing but problems and customer service and gander outdoors suck big time
Brand new RV paid over $147,000. First day out of the dealership, entry door is stuck. I had to climb out of the emergency window. The LP gas system does not work inside or outside the RV, The steering wheel is off center and needs a wheel alignment, the kitchen draws don’t lock in place so they open while driving. The H2O filter is so tight I can’t open without damaging the clasp.
I have had nothing but problems with this thing since the day I got it home. I have only been able to use it twice as the rest of the time it was in for repairs or recalls.
I like the generator and I like the layout but problems with everything except the generator the factory will not help. It stayed at dearlerships almost the whole first year nothing got fixed and now they say warranty is out even though all problems are dated and sent prior to expiration of warranty even the last dealership told me to hire a lawyer that these problems are excessive
I was ripped off by Camper in RVs in Jacksonville Florida north. They had so many add-ons that now my camper is only worth half of what I paid for it. There was issues with the camper and they won’t fix them. I’ve brought it in many of time and they still won’t use the $6000 warranty I paid for, which was ridiculous And I can’t believe I missed that. Included the ceiling of the outside of the camper in the front of it is dull and always has been. Plus to be a camper nowadays you have to have a very good income because Camping is so damn expensive. You might as well get a four-star hotel. It’s not like it used to be a an expensive way for families to go camping. Now it’s just for the rich and famous.
Unit should never have been sold before repairs were made. Been sitting at Camping World more than in our driveway. Service department is the worst, takes three tries to actually fix anything
Quality is not good dealer promised a full inspection with everything checked out and working. First time it rained the roof leaked. Also leaking around windows. Toilet seat broken. Costs $100 to replace. Faucets in shower and sink leaking.
leaked from the minute we got it, wouldn't buy again, not worth the money, also had broken welds and getting it fixed has been year long process and now they are having to rebuilt bunch of things.
Microwave, fridge and hot water heater still not working. They were supposed to be fixed before we moved with it.
