Piss poor quality. Coachman brags about their azdale walls but the rest of the rv is junk. The floor lasted about 6 months befoor is developed soft spots. The cabinets are made of compressed paper. The countertops fell apart. Its rated for 4 seasons. Its not. The dometic a/c thermostat is junk. The corners of the slide floor rotted. All of this in less than 2 years. Oh and the best part don't even try to call for warranty work. Customer service is non existent. We traded our lance rv because we wanted a little more room. Biggest mistake ever.
it was in the shop before we even went camping. finally went camping. AC failed two days into the camping trip. outside grill did not work. canopy wasn't installed just all around terrible
no value at all turns out it is cheaply made still has problem that need factory repait
Camping world is the worse company to buy from. The warranty was not fulfilled then it ran out. They had our new camper for months after we bought it to fix problems. The camper is great if camping world didnt do all tge problems. The corporate office even didnt respond much. It has alot of great features but u would never never buy from csmping world again.s
I wish my RV had some quality controls when being built, and I wish it had some quality at all.
They value was not there. When I had a maintenance issue Travelcamp was unable to fix it. After 3 months of trying to get it resolved I decided to just trade it in only to find out that it was worth half of what I paid for it
The design is great. The implementation and workmanship is horrid.
This brand new model came with the most problems of any rv I ever owned. Features listed were not on it. The dealer even asked me not to bring it back for warranty work.
New with SEVERAL ISSUES, Bath room fan, circuit board for furnace, wall separating in bathroom tub
Poor quality - nothing but problems since day 1 - Grand Design used inferior parts and vendors to keep cost low but ended up, selling a product that was nothing but a DUD.
