We were looking for a new Grand Design Reflection 337RLS and they had a 2020 model. I called and asked for the best out the door price with no add ons. They came back with the best price of any other dealer I spoke with and didn't try to sell me any plans, etc. that I didn't want. The pre-inspection delivery was good and pick up went well. Good people to deal with. We purchased Sept 2020.
I’ve been doing business with the Cape Girardeau/Scott City location since 2001. I’ve purchased 4 units from them. They have fixed/remedied/corrected any issues I’ve had. Office staff and service crew are polite and glad to help.
My husband & I have been frequenting Youngbloods for the past 4+ years now. Since my dad was injured the day after my mom died in April 2020, we have had to figure out ways to take care of him. One of those is utilizing his camper as a place for my husband and I to sleep so he can have our bedroom. Youngbloods has been key is helping us maintain his camper. When the toilet needed replaced, they were there and went out of their way to find one for us. They have been our go to for tire covers, light bulbs, camping supplies, and many other items. They have worked with us on replacing our heater, thermostat, and refrigerator/freezer. Since taking our camper to them is difficult for us since we live in it, they work with us by trouble shooting with our son who is studying electricity and has certification in PHVAC. I know when I call, they probably think oh my here is that lady again... but we really appreciate their help and refer many people to them. Customer service truly is important. I am happy to say at Youngblood RV customer service is not a thing of the past. They truly try hard to exceed the mark. Jenn and Ralph and Vanessa that used work for them were great but I believe they have all left now and I deal mainly with Mike, Chase, and most recently Trever their service technician. They have always been helpful and I am thankful that we have found a locally owned business that goes out of their way to help our family at a time when we really need their assistance. If you haven't tried Youngbloods for your camper needs check them out. They are a good locally family-owned store who doesn't always have all the items in store that big commercial camping stores have but trust me they will go out of their way to get you what you need. Thank you Youngbloods for all you do for our family. It is appreciated.
