If I could leave 10 stars I would. I searched across the country for a particular model. Although there were closer dealers that had it in stock, I chose to drive over 7 hours to Yonak's and ma gladd that I did. They are honest, transparent and knowledgeable of their products and the industry. No BS here like other places. They even answered email on a SUNDAY. Their price was the lowest countrywide and their trade allowance was fair; net the best deal I could find. They even opened early to accomodate me so I could get a head start home. If Yonak's has what you are looking for don't waste your time looking elsewhere. The only thing I couldn't get out of them was their personal cell numbers, but I'm OK with that. Quality products sold and backed by quality people. It just doesn't get any better.

Prospective buyers should exercise caution due to questionable practices associated with used recreational vehicle (RV) sales. We brought our fifth wheel in for routine maintenance specifically to assess the alignment of the slide-out mechanism. During our visit, we expressed interest in another used fifth wheel toy hauler available on the lot. After engaging in discussions with the dealer, we reached an agreement regarding a trade-in and opted to finance the purchase through our bank. Following payment for the fifth wheel, the dealer requested permission to hold the vehicle for approximately one week to conduct an inspection and quality assessment, which we consented to, expecting a thorough review by a reputable dealer. Upon retrieving the vehicle the subsequent week, the dealer assured us that extensive inspections had been completed and that the unit was in fully functional condition, akin to a new vehicle. After bringing the RV home, we proceeded to deep clean and transfer our personal items, including bedding and equipment. During this process, we discovered a significant area of mold beneath the couch, which had permeated the carpeting. This finding subsequently revealed a substantial soft spot in the rotting wood floor beneath the couch, indicating that the slide-out had not been appropriately assessed during the inspection. We contacted the dealership regarding these issues, providing photographic evidence. Initially, they acknowledged their responsibility and requested that we return the RV for necessary repairs. After approximately one week, we were informed that the vehicle was ready for pickup; however, we were dismayed to find that rather than replacing the damaged floor, the dealer had only placed a metal piece beneath it as a makeshift solution, assuring us that it was now acceptable for use. Following a brief three-day trip, we experienced further issues as the slide-out became entirely misaligned. The area where the floor had swelled—due to their prior inadequate repair—now prevented the slide from opening completely, resulting in it snagging against the carpet. Once again, we reached out to the dealer, who initially agreed to accept the RV for proper repairs, citing the need for approximately one additional week due to other projects in the shop. However, after the week had elapsed, we were informed that the dealership no longer intended to assume responsibility for the repairs and that we would be liable for any future maintenance related to the failures of their prior repairs. Consequently, we have engaged the Ohio Attorney General's office, which is now investigating our case under consumer fraud regulations.

Blew a tire while traveling on 70 and had some wiring damage. Googled closest RV repair and this is where it took us. Showed up at 4 pm. They had us pull it in and repaired the wiring and got us on our way. Terrific service! Highly recommend.

Very nice people to deal with. Yonak's had the new Rockwood trailer model we were looking for. Spotless, clean and ready to go when we got there for pickup. Would recommend Yonak's.

We took our RV out for it's first camping trip of the season yesterday. Late this year for us, been busy with life and work. Got to the local state park and our site, went to put down the stabilizer jacks and it was absolutely a no go for me. It was already after 6pm so no one was available to come out and help. Called the state park camp office and the great staff gave us a few numbers of local companies to try to call. We are not from this area, so good advice was very welcome. I called Yonak's RV in Belmont, Ohio and talked to Steve in Service. He checked to see if we could bring up our RV and have them check it out to see if they could get the stabilizer jacks freed up. He said yes, and we set a time of about 2 hours to bring it up and they would try it out immediately once I got there. About 10 minutes later, Steve called up and asked if he could swing by our site, to try to free them up, as he was passing by and it would not be out of his way. He showed up when he said he would and after a quick inspection was able to get all 4 stabilizer jacks freed up and working. He gave my wife and I some really good advice on future servicing and maintaining of the jacks. We have been RVing for 11 years and good advice is always welcome. Steve is a Godsend, very professional and friendly. Empathetic to us and our situation. I would definitely use them again and would recommend their sales and services to anyone.
