After a horrible experience at Camping World we went to Wilder RV in Clinton, MO. Ben was fantastic. He explained everything as we viewed campers we told him we were interested in. He never tried to pressure us into anything. He gave us the information we asked for and answered all our questions without ridiculous sales tactics...just honest, straightforward service. It was very refreshing. We made what I considered to be a great deal on a nice camper. Clinton handled the paperwork end when it came time to finish up the sale. Again, very professional and friendly. He offered and explained our options for an extended warranty but did not attempt to pressure us for a sale...the offer was there should we choose to accept it. Nathan did a walk through with us and made sure our hitch was at the correct height and got us hooked up and ready to roll. I might add too, that after buying our RV, Wilder extended a $250 credit in the store to buy any supplies we needed to get us going. Jason helped with getting us what we had decided we wanted and helped me get everything out to our vehicle. By far, the most pleasant experience we've ever had purchasing an RV. Believe me, if you're in the market for an RV, go to Wilder RV in Clinton and see Ben and the folks there...you won't be disappointed.

Can’t say enough good things about my experience other than there is something to be said about small town hospitality. Staff was amazing. Never felt pressured once from finance or sales. Came in on a Saturday and bought the camper before noon and then the team spent the week installing a new Gen Y, camera system, and washer/dryer. Picked it up on the following Saturday. Had a couple minor things happen on the 4 hour drive home, Jon the sales guy took care of it and had the parts guy confirm the issue with parts being shipped to take care of all of it… on a Saturday afternoon! I highly recommend this RV Dealer!

I just drove from Utah to pick up my new KZ Sportster X 3914. What a fantastic dealership and staff. Most notably Ben Stoltman who went beyond the call of duty to make a sale. I have been buying RV's for 30 plus years and this is the best dealership I have come across. If your in the market for a RV check out Wilder RV and Ben a fantastic salesman and now friend. The dealership in Utah wanted thousands more for a 2025 model and wilder saved me thousands on a fully loaded 2026 model.

UPDATE Upon advisement of Wilder, RV, we took our RV to another dealership to have it looked at. As stated in our above review, we were not happy with the repairs that Wilder did. in reading our review from above you’ll see that we had issues with about everything that we had them look at. The refrigerator was not level. They put shims at the bottom to level the refrigerator instead of doing what they should’ve done at the beginning. After taking it to the other dealership, they found that the top mounts for the refrigerator were there but we’re not connected to the refrigerator. So they had to pull the refrigerator out again and attach the mounts and Restall the refrigerator. That cost is $416. Of course we could not build that to the extended warranty company because Wilder had already done that. So they basically collected their money and doing a crappy job. As you can see from his response, they did charge it to our warranty and we had very little out-of-pocket expenses. We did have a deductible today and we paid that. They also charged us $50 to have the refrigerator leveled. That should’ve been done at the beginning and he said that he would credit that $50 to my account if I changed my one star rating to a more positive review. Obviously I’m not doing that. The other issue that they were supposed to fix was the door. The door would stay locked or it would not stay in place so we had to crawl through the driver side window to get in at times. They did replace the lock however that that’s all they did. They didn’t fix the initial issue. When the other dealership looked at it, they found that they were no outside seals to keep the lock from slipping. They put a silicone bead on the inside of the exterior insight of the lock to keep it from slipping. They found the screws were bottomed out. And not getting any more squeeze on the lock. They adjusted to factory specs and that fixed the lock. Again, we were out an additional $207. They also charge that to the warranty. We should’ve trusted your gut and took it to the other dealership in the first place. The dealership we took it to was trans West in Belton. We took our class a Winnebago and to get a refrigerator repair, awning repair. And a new awning for the over our door. The refrigerator repair was covered by our insurance company due to the converter being bad. After we got The motorhome back, we noticed that the Top of the refrigerator, touching the trim and it was catching the freezer door as we open and closed it. We called them and took it back down there and when we got it back the freezer door, then was substantially farther out than the bottom of the refrigerator. We called and they told us to bring it back in which we did. After we brought it back in and got it home again we noticed that the guy just put wedges underneath the refrigerator well first of all we got it back and we knew it was uneven so we took it back again and he put wedges underneath the refrigerator and then told us it was level and charge is $50. After we got home again, it was uneven in that the refrigerator was still well. The freezer door was still farther out than the refrigerator door. I took pictures of it just to verify. Now we were on our way to Texas. And we noticed that the freezer part is out even further about almost an inch farther than it was before. My Husband kid pushed back the top of the freezer and it pushes back but there’s no way to keep it back or to level it. We are afraid that The refrigerator will soon either go forward too much and then make some damage or we won’t be able to fix it. We are highly disgusted with the workmanship. This dealership provided us. After three times taking it back and now it’s worse than it was before. We’re leaving Texas on Tuesday to come back home and My Husband is going to try to do something to fix it to level it. Also, because it was on level, the refrigerator door won’t stay closed upon traveling so we had to buy a child box for both the freezer and the refrigerator to stay closed. Be aware of this dealership/service.

We used Wilder RV for maintenance and service on our toy hauler for a few years and were very pleased. Recently we traded our toy hauler in for a regular camper. The Wilder staff we worked with were outstanding! From Parts, Service, Sales, Finance and General Management we worked with Jacob, Jacob, Bob, Ben, Clinton, Preston and others. Customer Service and Quality are definitely a priority for this facility! We highly recommend Wilder RV!
