What a fantastic experience! We have been RVing for 16 years, and are in our 7th year of full time rv'ing. This beautiful 2019 Newmar Dutch Star 4018, is now our 5th rig. Hands down, EVERYONE at Olathe Ford RV was outstanding. We had been searching for this specific model for about 6 months when I called and Kelly Finn answered the phone. While the rig checked all our boxes, the price was initially more than we hoped to pay. Kelly was great, but we decided to pass. However, Kelly followed up with us two weeks later, and now we are settled into our 'new-to-us' Newmar! Kelly was professional, knowledgeable, and a true pleasure to work with. As full-timers for 7 years and on our 6th travel trailer, we knew exactly what we were looking for. We actually found this unit back in July, but the timing wasn't right for us. We were so impressed that the Olathe staff respected this and never used any high-pressure sales tactics. When it came time to buy, returning to Olathe was an easy choice. We were also pleased that we weren't punished for not financing through them. Our hand was forced to buy sooner than planned when our previous rig suffered a catastrophic black tank overflow. We are now the proud owners of our new trailer, "Miss Behaven," and we are completely IN LOVE. We were both very comfortable driving her from day one, and setting her up is even easier than our last. We're also happy to report that sleeping arrangements are back to normal: two people in a human bed and the dogs are comfy in the living area. I had a wonderful time dealing with Olathe Ford, My sales lady was Kelly and she was so friendly made the process super easy. I look forward to purchases in the future with her. I also had a pleasant time with the service guys they were great help on getting my truck set up, walking me through the camper, and answering questions. All around a happy camper and definitely worth the drive to deal with good people.
Extremely nice people to work with not pushy and extremely patient people. Walked me through everything I needed to know about the trailer and gives helpful tips for first time campers. Watched them hook up my truck and trailer then drove it around to check for pinch points that first timers may not think about. Definitely will always bring my camper back to them for anything I need. Chris my sales guy was on point with all my questions and needs.
