I cannot begin to express how impressed my husband and I are with Washburn. Our experience one of the smoothest that I could image. We worked with Terry when we went in to originally make our purchase. He was kind, knowledgeable, and was even willing to show us the unit in the rain. We put our deposit down and paper work was so quick. There was absolutely 0 pressure for a sale, it truly felt like they wanted us to decide what was best for us. They worked with us well on a pickup date. When we picked up, Steve, the owner helped us with final paper work. He was so kind and gave us so many great tips and recommendations. Ruben, the service manager, did an in-depth walk through with us and showed us how to use every single button on the RV. This was SO valuable to us and gave us tons of confidence with using an RV for the first time. Rubens knowledge, patience, attention to detail and true desire to help made this experience worth literally thousands more. And it was included! I cannot image a better experience, I wish they sold everything, we never want to go to a different dealership!

What a gem to find just thirty minutes south of Salt Lake! Don’t get me wrong. I love Salt Lake, but I absolutely hate looking for recreational vehicles at any of the local dealerships around here. That’s where Steve comes in! I was looking for a specific kind of trailer and found it on good old KSL and called Steve up. Went and looked at the at the trailer and all the others on their lot just to make sure this is what we wanted. No salesperson hounding us. Just a good ol looky lou. Everything was so quick and so seamless that I will definitely be coming back here for any of my future recreational needs. The in-house mechanic Ruben is so knowledgeable and so helpful. I wish I could put him in my pocket and take him home cause he was just perfect. Thank you so much for an awesome experience. Will absolutely do business with them again and I am counting down the days and good weather to make memories in my amazing trailer. You’re the best!
Pricing good. Paperwork and having camper ready for pickup horrible. Gave a heads up the day before heading up, which we live about 4 hours away. Then the next morning gave another heads up that we were leaving our hometown to head up. Once arrived we had to wait another 3 and a half hours for them to finish getting trailer ready. Then on top of that had to once they finally mailed the title to us they sent to the wrong address.
We are now first time RV owners! We went shopping around and had some bad experiences with uninterested and unhelpful sales people. But not the case at Washburn Auto RV! Steve was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! He was patient with all our first-timer questions. He he went above and beyond to make sure our purchase would work for our vehicle and our family needs. Ruben Espinoza gave a very thorough walk through and fixed any cosmetic or operational issues for us on the spot. He also was very helpful answering all my many many first time owner questions. They installed an auto Jack and a sway bar hitch for us and gave us information on additional components we may want to add in the future. I would absolutely recommend going here for your RV needs
