I took my Forest River trailer to Wagner's for warranty repair. They were upfront about their technicians not having the necessary training to work on my camper due to the advanced electronics onboard. They did some simple repair work on the hitch and sliding door, but that was it. They also made it so difficult to get the warranty repair work processed, that the $250 fee couldn't get paid by the retailer I purchased from in SC. Even Forest River didn't pay them for the poor work they did on one of the two warranty repair jobs they completed. I hesitated to go back to them for anything, but they were the closest to me. When I called, they blamed me for them not getting their $250. The owner seems nice enough, but would warn folks to be wary of doing business with them. U.S. Marine, Disabled Northern Virginia
