This was our 1st RV purchase and the Team at the DC NIRVC Location were all great. The model and color we wanted sold at the Atlanta location and Tim (who was also great) linked us up with Karen to continue our journey and she did not skip a beat. Karen’s respectfully/ relentless follow up was something we did not experience at any other RV-center from Colorado down to South Florida and in-between. Karen, Bob, Brad and Winfield made the whole experience an easy one. Sesty and Leila in the TX office were great too. Kudos to Brian the GM for building a great Team. We would highly recommend you! Wow! What a team they have at this Manassas location! From start to finish we have nothing but praise for General Mgr. Brian, RV Tech Brad and last but certainly not least, our sales guy Bob Slattery ! We just picked up our Entegra Arc 18c class B from NIRVC and are looking forward to beginning our RV adventures. Our salesperson Karen was great during the process. She made sure we got a coach that met our expectations at a fair price. No hard upsells and NIRVC of Virginia did not tack on a bunch of hidden fees like other dealers we were looking at. Our pick-up experience was excellent as Brad spent over 3 hours with us reviewing the operation of the coach and answering all of my questions from a 3 page list I brought. Thanks for your patience with me Brad. We would recommend NIRVC for your next purchase or service.
I talked with Karen over the phone about everything on the van and price. She gave me an awesome deal plus she was very informative and very nice. She answered all our questions. Made us feel important and felt very ‘at home.’ I would recommend anyone to ask for her. Thank you! Brad was the person who went over the whole van with us. He was very helpful and he knew what he was talking about. Pleasant and answered all our questions. Last minute he changed out our window screen cause there was a tear in the screen. And he did it with a smile on his face. Perfect person for this job! I hope he is paid well. Thank you!
I had a number of problems with my 2020 Entegra while we were on an extended trip. I called to make an appointment while on our trip and talked to Winfield one of the service advisors at the Washington, DC location. I dropped off the coach and gave Winfield a priority list of our issues and told him when I needed the coach for another trip. He and the technician, Chris, worked their magic and got our coach ready the day we needed taking care of the two top priorities and ordering the parts for the other issues. Winfield kept me posted on the status and once all the parts were in he called me to make another appointment. I dropped the coach off and was told it would take 4 days and sure enough I got a call on the 4th day letting me know the coach was ready. Great service and communication, very satisfied and will definitely go back again if I need to.
