What a great experience for a first time RV buyer! WOW! I am a single female who had a dream of owning an Airstream and with the help of Jeremy and Mike from Upstate RV, I made that a reality! Mike gave me a very detailed 3 hour "course" on how to use the Airstream and even how to hook up the Airstream to my Tahoe. Mike also personalized my pickup experience by putting a "Fifi Welcomes You" on my whiteboard as you enter the RV (shown in photo). From the purchase to the actual pickup they were extremely helpful and responsive to all of my questions (I sure did have a lot)! I can not recommend working with them enough. They both have vast experience in RVs and were able to recommend a vehicle that was strong enough to tow the Airstream I named "Fifi" because I literally put the cart before the horse! I bought the Airstream without a vehicle strong enough to tow it. This was a dream of mine that I had the last 11-years and I am thrilled that it is now a reality! Thank you so much Mike for all of your help (he is pictured in photo with knee guards on). Such a perfect experience from start to finish! I had looked at 3 other RV dealers and this was the best and most helpful dealership. Don't let the fact that they are a smaller dealership fool you. With that comes the personalized touch in the decision to buy.
Cannot say enough good things about this place. Mike is who I dealt with the whole time, I never talked to the owner. He was great. He worked with me on the price and fixed up a few things on my trailer before I was able to pick it up like the awning, the heat and the generator. PS bring your dog, Mike loves dogs. Update: found out why I got such a good price on my trailer, 2x4 under the door was rotten to the point of much so I had to chop it up and screw in a few pieces of wood to stiffen it up under the door was
Jeremy was awesome. Helped my husband, John Lenz out with some roofing repair items and was very knowledgeable and helpful.. they do great repair work and quality service and very friendly. I would very much recommend doing business with them.
The owner charged my father $400 to fix his gas furnace on his class A. He claimed he couldn't do it because it had to be pulled out. Still Charged my father the 400$ becuase he blew "air pressure" through the exhaust of the furnace. Two weeks later we got it fixed for 80$. The service tech we hired pulled a few components off, cleaned it up, replaced something tiny and it's been working for the past year. DONT GO HERE!! There's a lot more I could say about other work that we were overcharged and screwed over on but I figure the furnace story would be enough to keep people away from this crook.
Bought our camper a while back, Keystone Cougar 26RBI, it was everything they said it was. Great shape, new canopy, everything worked perfectly, a solid camper. I highly recommend theses guys for your campers.
