We drove to KC to UnlimitedRV to look around not planning buy anything, we take our time and met this young woman name Grace so sweet my husband told her what exactly want too see and she take as everywhere and just let us be. The last RV Grace took us and recommend to see my husband and I fall in love. Grace told us all the information and the financial team give us a quote good deal because is Christmas ,Veterans & lifetime warranty they all work it out together as a team. So we decided to buy that camper that day. No hesitation at all. Thanks to Grace your amazing sales person. We went back today Jan. 6 to pick up the RV Camper Ryan was amazing walk us through all the detail. I want to thanks UnlimitedRV for your team work. We highly recommend UnlimitedRV lifetime warranty is a big deal.
We visited probably 10 dealerships, we were able to stop at Unlimited RV. The salesperson, Devin, listened, answered questions (and if he didn't know, found the answer), and suggested a model that we didn't even know existed and it fit us perfectly (CC 381MUD). It's perfect for a couple officing on the road and we sincerely appreciate the recommendation. Bill, the sales manager was extremely helpful in setting things up while a couple of people were on vacation themselves. We also appreciate the "no pressure" sales, they answered our questions, and we bought it. Thank you very much, and we will see you in about 6 years for a 2031 something.
I loved this dealership, nothing beats a good family owned dealership. Andrew, the sales rep was awesome. Not pushy at all, like most others. And was very patient with me on scheduling and pickup. That was the most important thing for me. The rest of the team, bill in finance took the time to really explain everything to me and was super nice! And Ryan, on our walk through on pickup was super chill and an awesome demeanor. Was very patient with all the questions I had as a newbie. I couldn't have asked for a better deal. Husband and I bought our first 5th wheel after selling our home of many, many years. When we first started looking, we wanted to see everything- this was a huge deal for us. Between the day we decided on THE ONE and the day we could really move forward, Andrew was always quick to respond to my crazy questions and didn’t laugh too hard when I would text to ask if OUR camper was still on the lot. Devin was awesome — he took us around to see multiple campers and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. A huge shoutout to Blake, who truly went the extra mile! He did all the hard work — making sure every part of our camper was working properly before we left, walking us through everything step-by-step, and even installing our hitch himself to make sure we were safely ready to go. He was knowledgeable, patient, funny, and just great to talk with. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customers’ experience. Before we left, Bill checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and were completely taken care of. Nate, our finance guy, made the paperwork process an absolute breeze. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience — highly recommend Unlimited RV to anyone looking for great service and an awesome camper!
