I couldn’t be happier with my family’s new Ultimate Cruiser 144 AWD. I dealt with John Masters, at Ultimate Toys. I told him what I was looking for, and once we found the right vehicle, he explained it in detail. I must say, I’ve never purchased a vehicle without actually seeing and driving it. I was a little nervous. But once received, it was all good! I scheduled my orientation with Jim McRoberts from Ultimate Toys. Jim FaceTimed me and walked my wife and I through the vehicle, bumper to bumper. Patience is definitely one of Jim’s strongest characteristics! At the end of the orientation Jim said, “If you have any other questions down the road you can call me, text me, or send me an email, and I will get back to you as soon as possible.” Later on, I emailed him twice with questions and later I called him with a WiFi issue. He responded to my emails within minutes and answered my phone call immediately. I really appreciate that! Thanks Ultimate Toys!
I wired $20,000 to Ultimate Toys for a vehicle purchase that ultimately did not move forward. Despite requesting a refund promptly with Chris Jones, it took over two weeks for a resolution, and communication during the process was frustrating and unclear. When dealing with large sums of money, professionalism and transparency matter. Customers deserve timely updates and clear confirmation when funds are being returned. I would recommend improving internal processes to avoid unnecessary delays and stress for future customers. Chris Jones began professional but once we decided to purchase somewhere else he turned into a negative Nancy. Constantly putting down our decision and the other company. Its never a good look to be negative towards anyone. I was referred and now I cannot refer anyone. The product was good but the customer service was discouraging.
Ultimate Toys far exceeded my expectations. When I received the Sprinter van everything was very thoughtful in all of the details. From the branding with the pillows and blanket, to the two bags with manuals and necessities for the van. Also it came with a video brochure of how to set everything up. Lastly, I set up a meeting with Jim and he walked me thru everything and how it works. This has been a first class experience and I would definitely recommend Ultimate Toys to anyone looking for a Sprinter van!!!
