What stood out from the purchase though, was the attention and service provided by Lance. When I initially contacted Lance, he provided useful information concerning the Newmar. He would follow up on questions I had with a timely response. When I visited Belton, MO, Lance took the time to give me a lengthy tour of the coach, demonstrating its various functions. After I purchased the Newmar, Lance stayed in touch, offering to address any concerns I may have in the future. I highly recommend Transwest and Lance Ortega.
We have a new to us- 2006 older RV and we were concerned about the water heater. They have a service package where a repairman would do a top to bottom inspection and we opted for that. They found so many things and helped us prioritize what needed to be done and what could wait. There was no pressure to do all repairs. Our main contact was Lynette. She was wonderful and helped us in so many ways. She took time to explain everything and never seemed rushed. She was always friendly, kept us up to date , and that is so appreciated. When we picked up our RV, we met the service manager, Brian, who answered all our questions and went over our repairs. He spent time with us. Super pleasant. The repairs look great. Thank you. My experience with Transwest was largely positive. Lance Ortega was my salesman and was very knowledgeable about the motorhome, was very accommodating with my questions, and made himself available whenever I needed him. Would highly recommend him if you're shopping at Transwest. Dealership seemed very efficient and professional with a good purchasing experience. Found detailing and quality control somewhat lacking after the sale as we spent a lot of time cleaning and found the washing machine unusable due to a damaged drum after getting it home.
