Excellent experience. Lorayna was easy to work with during and after our trip. We flew out for the 2025 Motocross of Nations race and when our generator wouldn't start, they quickly drove one out to us and made sure we were all set. Highly recommend renting your RV from Touchdown.
Touchdown RV scored again. This was my 4th or 5th time renting and it was smooth as always. Rented the Sprinter Van to attend the Bears game and it was a perfect fit. The 6 of us had plenty of room and accommodated all of our supplies. It was a great time had by all! Look forward to the next adventure with Touchdown.
So glad that we found Kieth and crew at Touchdown RV. They are very good people who work quickly and efficiently to service/repair your RV - without trying to sell you an upgraded unit! Our previous service provider just quit taking our calls once they figured out that we were not interested in buying a newer model. I cannot recommend Touchdown RV highly enough!
Such a great experience. The entire staff was wonderful. Pricing was great and the experience my family and I got to have with renting one of their RVs was beyond memorable. Cannot wait to rent again! Recommend 100xs over
Rented the conversion van for a Indy to Arkansas round trip with 3 adults and 4 kids under 6. It was the perfect vehicle for the occasion. Plenty of room for all of us + 4 car seats + all our luggage & miscellaneous items to fit comfortably. Gas mileage ended up being better than expected. The little handheld vacuum included was also really handy to do frequent, quick clean ups throughout the week. The “oil change due soon” message came on 5 days into the 8 day rental when we still had 800-900 miles of driving left to do, so that wasn’t ideal, but all turned out fine. And the WiFi was unreliable during certain stretches (understandable), so in hindsight, we wish we would have brought DVDs to use instead. Overall, great experience. Touchdown made the whole process easy. Pricing was reasonable. Will definitely rent the van again for a future road trip.

Buying an RV is a big decision. Use this guide to shop Touchdown RV's inventory with confidence.
Set your budget first
RV prices range from under $10,000 for used travel trailers to $300,000+ for Class A diesel pushers. Know your number before you browse. Use SearchShop's payment estimator on any Touchdown RV listing to model monthly costs.
Pick the right RV type
Travel trailers and fifth wheels need a capable tow vehicle. Class B and C motorhomes offer an easier entry point. Class A motorhomes give the most space. Ask the team at Touchdown RV which type fits your camping style.
Inspect these on every unit
Check the roof for cracks or soft spots (signs of water damage). Open every slideout and look for seal wear. Run all appliances. Test the generator, AC, and water heater. Check the underbelly for rust or damage.
Know the weight ratings
Every RV has a Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR). Overloading causes tire blowouts and frame damage. Compare the GVWR against your intended load before committing.
Review service records
Ask Touchdown RV for any available service history. Regular maintenance records — oil changes, roof resealing, slide service — signal a well-cared-for unit.
RV loans are specialized. Knowing the basics helps you get the best deal when financing through Touchdown RV in Zionsville, Indiana.
Typical Loan Terms
10 to 20 years is typical for larger RVs. Shorter-term loans save on total interest.
Down Payment
10% to 20% is typical. A larger down payment reduces monthly costs and total interest paid.
