Thompson RV went above and beyond a five star rating! We have never had that much attention to detail when buying other trailers and we have purchased many ranging from 5th wheel, slide-ins, travel trailers to Class B’s. As a thank you they gave us a bottle of Pendleton whiskey and a hat as gifts. Top notch family owned company for sure. After this experience I can’t see buying a trailer from any other place. It has been a pleasure dealing with the team (family) at Thompson RV! We turned our purchase into a full trip: we pickuped up the Outdoors Rv 24RKS on Friday (it was all ready, they even put fresh water in it while we hooked up) and took it the Dalles and then out to the coast. My wife and I had a wonderful experience at Thompson RV. Casey Bonner took the time with us to explain all the features of our new 25 RDS. They came out to Wildhorse casino where were staying to install the Starlink mini plug because parts were late. No fault of Thompson RV. Great customer service by all the folks there. Exceptional experience buying from TRV. I had been in the process of researching for full-time living when I found the YouTube page/videos that TRV share. ORVs are solid rigs. From there I contacted Corrin and purchased a F27MKS a few months later. They held the rig until I could pick it up a few months after that. Their inspection and no-questions asked fixes during the walk-through with me was exemplary professionalism. Not to mention excellent post purchase support and warranty help. Thompson's is the type of small-town dealer everyone should buy from! A big thanks to the entire TRV family!
We made our purchase by phone originally; then a week or so later - drove to Pendleton to pick up our trailer. What a great dealership. Everyone was busy doing their jobs; but they all took the time to make us feel welcome. They had the trailer all winterized for us as we were getting ready to be gone for a few months before using it. The trailer was spotless; they gave us an informative tour along w a handwritten LIST to follow. Our trailer had all of the options already installed but we did purchase a few extra items from their great display shelves! Corrine and her mother were amazing people and we enjoyed our visit too. It was so worth the drive; we are looking forward for another visit!!! We are still loading our 2026 Timber Ridge RLS24 Titanium…..❤️❤️❤️
