I had the most perfect purchase experience at Stream RV. I'd been looking for a Lazy Daze for almost a year and found the perfect one at Stream RV which they had listed the same day. The listing on their website had many pictures and a great YouTube video. Being an out-of-state buyer, the level of detail was outstanding. I immediately connected with Wayne, the Sales Manager, who is a class act and pro! He walked me through all of the features, explained its history and what Stream RV did to get it ready for sale. It was immediately clear I was dealing with a trustworthy, ethical business; no pushy sales tactics (they choose high quality, reliable rigs that sell themselves), fair pricing, and a solid team of experts in RVs (Chris is so knowledgeable on solar and other RV systems.) The purchase went very smoothly, zero issues, lots of communication with Wayne during the process, and they were even so gracious to store my new-to-me RV (inside!) for a couple weeks until a big winter storm passed and I could fly out from TX to drive it back home. They also allowed me to have some supplies delivered to Stream RV for the trip home (thanks, Jennifer!) Wayne picked us up from the airport and educated me on all of the key RV systems and driver training while being mindful of our tight departure time to get settled into our RV park before sunset. Wayne was ALWAYS available to me if I had any questions along the way during my drive home. He was a reassuring presence for me as a new RV owner, and I am so grateful. From start to finish, I couldn't be happier with my experience with Stream RV. If I ever decide to sell my LD or downsize in the distant future, I would absolutely use Stream RV again, no doubt (yes, even from TX). They are truly the best in their field.
I just purchased my new rig from Stream RV. I bought a mint condition 2002 Born Free and could not be happier. I travelled up from Georgia with my mom to see the rig then returned alone to pick her up. Wayne Puckett was amazing!!! He helped me/us make our travel plans. He picked me up from the Enterprise rental office when I drove up to get the coach. I am new to owning an RV. Wayne gave me so much of his time. He spent hours making sure that I was comfortable with all her systems and reminded repeatedly that I call with any other questions I might have. Wayne made this a wonderful buying experience and Stream RV and their skilled technicians made sure I got an excellent coach! Thank you!!!

I had a fairly major upgrade to my 2024 Coachmen Beyond. A 920ah battery bank added and 600w of solar on the roof along with all the Victron Magic to make it work! However, there were a lot of issues along the way getting the OEM system to play nice with the new stuff. There were moments that I seriously regretted doing the upgrade. However, Chris, the Service Manager, stuck with me every step of the way. Many of the issues were out of his control but he kept on working the plan. He never avoided my calls or texts. In the end, I now have a great system and I'm very glad how Chris at Stream RV took care of me. I believe that Stream RV is a great place to have your RV serviced or have a full blown electrical upgrade. Thanks Chris and team!
If I could offer 10 stars I would. These guys are total pros, very customer-centric and easy to work with. I took my airstream there to fix a few little odds and ends and to check out the solar system update that was installed by the dealer where I bought my first airstream. Long story short, the original install was a mess and the team at stream RV took me through the repairs and excruciating detail. Not only explaining what they did but why they did it.
