My boyfriend and I had a wonderful experience. Anthony was great & Shelley was wonderful. I was diagnosed with POTS & we figured out I have mold toxicity, which triggered my POTS. I’ve been very very sick for the past year. We decided to get a camper for me to recover since everywhere seems to have mold. This place was great to work with! They made everything really easy & I just can’t say enough good things about them. After the first 4 nights in the camper my dizziness dropped tremendously. I still have a good ways to go but I am finally on the right path. We love our Puma Camper. The guy who showed us how to work everything was a sweet country man & answered all our questions. I will always recommend this place! Thanks so much.
My husband and I have talked about getting a camper for years. Well more like he talked about it and I just nodded. He finally convinced me this summer and we decided to pull the trigger. We went to Campers Inn in Selma first. We also checked out one of their competitors and decided to go back to Campers Inn to make our purchase. From day one, all of the people there were absolutely amazing starting with our salesman, Jacobi, the finance department, Shelly and also the service team. We highly recommend them for anyone in the market for a camper. We are looking forward to many trips in our "little camper" next spring.
I put ONE STAR literally for the person in service who took 5 minutes to show me where my breaker box was in the event I needed to reset a breaker again or replace a fuse. HOWEVER, I DO NOT, I repeat I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! I WAS CHARGED $340 FOR THIS BUSINESS TO FLIP MY BREAKER IN MY RV! I am brand new to RV ownership and have never traveled alone across the country let alone in an RV. One would think if there was a 2 second fix such as flipping a breaker to get my AC working that they would show me and send me on my way but NO WAY! TO THE WOMAN AT THE SERVICE COUNTER, YOU ARE RUDE AND ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL! One would think if you have someone who treats any or or potential future customer like they are a hassle and not worth helping in the event of an emergency or need they SHOULD NOT BE IN A CUSTOMER FACING ROLE, let alone a trainer to a new employee that she was also being rude to. I was traveling to visit family that is in bad health with a disabled person and 4 dogs and my AC stopped working and that is an emergency for me when it is hot and humid. Nonetheless, at a dealership like this, anyone could be a future customer. An apology would be the first step in my opinion and a refund for this terrible treatment.
We looked online then went to Campers Inn in Selma, NC, where we met David Knight who showed us the units we wanted to see. We chose a Venture Stratus and went inside to work out our trade-in and final price. We could not have more pleased with the no pressure sale. David was very easy to work with and definitely knew the products. We then worked with Shelly in finance for the documents and she was extremely friendly and efficient. Finally it was time for the pdi the day of pickup and Andrew explained in great detail the features of the TT. Based upon our experience if we could rate them between 1-10. I would give them a 15+, especially David Knight. Johnathan & Peggy Bryant Robersonville, NC
We had a great experience from start to finish. Our sales rep was fantastic—very professional, easygoing, and best of all, not overly pushy. We ended up purchasing a Puma 337BH, and it checked all the boxes for us: outdoor kitchen, loveseat recliner, spacious living area, large bathroom, tons of storage, and the separate bunk rooms were just the icing on the cake. When it came time to pick it up, a service rep walked us through everything. He was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain all the features thoroughly. Overall, we felt well taken care of and confident in our purchase.

Set your budget first
RV prices range from under $10,000 for used travel trailers to $300,000+ for Class A diesel pushers. Know your number before you browse. Use SearchShop's payment estimator on any Campers Inn RV of Raleigh listing to model monthly costs.
Pick the right RV type

Inspect these on every unit
Check the roof for cracks or soft spots (signs of water damage). Open every slideout and look for seal wear. Run all appliances. Test the generator, AC, and water heater. Check the underbelly for rust or damage.
Know the weight ratings
Every RV has a Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR). Overloading causes tire blowouts and frame damage. Compare the GVWR against your intended load before committing.
Review service records
Ask Campers Inn RV of Raleigh for any available service history. Regular maintenance records — oil changes, roof resealing, slide service — signal a well-cared-for unit.
