Stellhorn RV is by far the best RV dealership,or auto dealership I have ever dealt with. We traveled from Elkhart IN (the RV capital of the world) to purchase our travel trailer. Knowing what we were looking for, the negotiations went well and never felt pressured, gave far price for our trade in. Adonica was very professional and personal, appreciate sales manager Chris honesty and professional curticy. Drop off and pickup of new unit was smooth and problem free. Definitely a top notch business going on there. Definitely look forward to doing business with them in the future.

Absolute worst service I’ve ever had anywhere. “Warranty Forever” my ass they didn’t even know how to put two screws into my throughway door to fix the magnet. Idk how this place is still operational. Paid almost $2k for them to do an inspection and grease bearing and spread some caulk on the seals…. Their warranty is Ridiculous and I highly recommend people against using this camper dealership and honestly I’ve had better luck with happy camper which is a solid 1/10. Whoever the service lady was in there when I went in at 4:30 when they closed at 5 didn’t even want to talk because she was worried about leaving. I’m just fed up with this place after recommending friends that have also been screwed over.

After doing a ton of research, I decided that a particular forest river model was best for me and my family. While I live in California, I called all the local dealers and only found a couple of the 2025 model I wanted in stock. Then I found some of the big market RV brokers out of Ohio in Indiana which looked promising and about $5-$8000 less than the offers, I was finding in California. What I learned was that the $5000 higher cost in California is the transportation fee to move it from there, since that is where they are made. Fortunately for me, I was going to be driving to Indianapolis to visit for Thanksgiving anyway. Eventually, I found Stellhorn RV. They had the exact model I wanted, at a competitive price. I ended up working a deal with them and put a deposit about three weeks before my trip. Knowing I was buying it sight unseen , there was definitely a level of trust I had to have them and we were in communication the whole way . After the 30 hour drive to Indiana, we showed up a couple hours late on a Saturday right when they were supposed to close. But no big deal, they had everybody there waiting for us to help set things up, walk us through the RV, get the parts we needed, and sort out the paperwork the owner even stayed and made sure everything went smoothly. A+ experience through and through. All in all, it was an excellent experience and I would definitely encourage anybody who has the availability to drive back east and save some money to buy theirs to do that. For those that are local, I wish we had an outfit like that here to work with! You’re fortunate to have a dealership like this near you as an option. I will say that there are a couple minor issues that have happened since owning it, like any new vehicle or house, and I am working with Forest River and a few local dealers since Stellhorn can’t really do much for me 2000 miles away. However they did help point me in the right direction with the forest River rep who has been very helpful.
