What started out as us finally getting an amazing RV at a great deal from a locally owned mom & pop, turned into us needing over $3k in repairs as soon as we got it home. We viewed this motorhome online, did a zoom call with the salesman, asked all the questions & decided to proceede. They told us regular maintenance had just been done, new tires all around. We arrive to get the motorhome on a Saturday and we're very quickly asked by Cody (the finance guy) to go ahead and get the paperwork done since he needed to get home. I stated we hadn't done a live walk through yet and wanted to get that done. I WISH we would have thought to check the brakes, oil, coolant..but as stated we were told all of that had just been done. As we went to pull the RV out, a slew of lights came on. We immediately showed these to our salesman who stated "well since our maintained guys are gone for the day, take it to a local place near you guys and we will pay for it to be fixed" We live over 4hrs away, so we took it home, and got it into the shop that next week. That shop uncovered that there was literally ZERO oil in it, the coolant was low, a caliper was broke, damaged rotary, and almost no brake pad left on the back. Additionally the fuel gauge didnt work so that also had to be fixed. Stagecoach has refused to pay for ANYTHING stating we bought it as is. Even if we bought an extended warranty it would not have been covered as these things are all part of regular maintenance that should have been done Especially since we asked before buying if these were done recently & Drew told us to take it to our own shop & they would pay for it!

We drove from Tampa Florida to Peru Indiana just to purchase from Stagecoach RV. We were shopping around 4 different dealers but ultimately went with Stagecoach RV due to our experience with Drew. From the initial phone call to the delivery process, Drew and his team were beyond amazing! Best prices, no bs negotiations and honest old fashioned great customer service! Dealing with Drew was like talking to a familiar family member. The dealership experience felt like a family reunion! We love our new camper and have done well over 1k miles of traveling in it. My only wish is that Stagecoach RV would sell some “swag” like t shirts, mugs etc. We always see the Lazy Days and Camping World gear at the campsites. We would love to show our love for our favorite RV dealer family! Keep up the great work Stagecoach family! Thank you!!!!

I drove all the way from Georgia for my first RV and I got to say it was a better experience than buying my tow vehicle. From my first call, to pulling out with my first RV, it was a great experience. The sale staff was awesome with answering all of my questions and providing me with usefully information. The signing process was quick and easy and the integrity of the service staff was truly remarkable. The service staff provided me a full walkthrough with the unit and provided me with useful tips and tricks when working with it. They also informed me of any issues and quickly resolved those issues. They even assisted me with hooking up the RV and adjusting the towing hitch so that my return drive would be easy and without any troubles. I truly wish they were closer to home but, the drive was worth the experience! As for the RV, it was a great price and financing was easy. The finance staff worked with me and was able to adjust the monthly cost to where I can comfortable pay every month. The finance team and sales team didn't make me feel like I being pressured into anything and force me to sign or add anything I didn't want. The experience at Stagecoach RV makes me wish that Blue Compass and Camping World could be like Stagecoach RV, especially the service department team. The Stagecoach RV's service department team went above and beyond and if I had any problems with my unit and lived or was near them on a trip, I won't hesitate to let them handle it. I'll be referring Stagecoach RV to my family and friends when they are interested in purchasing an RV from now on. To the staff at Stagecoach RV, a huge thank you!

Drew, our sales rep, was incredibly kind and responsive to every question and concern we had. Kodie was excellent during the finance process, making it all smooth and stress-free. Lee showed great patience and took the time to thoroughly walk us through how everything on the RV works—something we really appreciated as first-time buyers. Jaxson and Mr. Stage were also so kind and welcoming, adding to the overall positive experience. We drove nearly two hours to do business with this company, and it was well worth it. Highly recommend!

Visited several places in search for the right RV. Returned to stagecoach because of the Great Customer service. Drew sold us our new home away from home. We have even returned for little odds and ends. And they answered many newbie questions. Definitely recommend this place and all the people.
