We had a fantastic experience buying our first RV with Southland. Paul “The Air Force Guy” went way above and beyond. Not only had we never purchased an RV, we had never purchased a vehicle in another state. He walked us through the experience and patiently answered our questions (even the dumb ones) every step of the way. We had two zoom calls with him before the purchase, in addition to other calls. He picked us up in our new purchase from the airport and made sure we had everything we needed and understood how to operate every aspect of it. He helped us set up at an RV site, and then saw us again a few days later. We had more questions after being at the campsite and he fixed a few minor things that none of us had caught before (the van was used). He even called us after we got home with the RV to see how the rest of our trip had been. We've already recommended him to others, and although there are Airstream dealerships near us, we've decided to go to Paul if we ever decide to upgrade. His kindness extends far beyond just being a good salesman. He's a genuine, trustworthy guy and we can't recommend him enough. And we love our new RV!

The entire team is knowledgeable, customer-focused, patient, accommodating, service-oriented, and a pleasure to work with. The camper itself exceeded my expectations in every way. What really stood out was how the entire Southland RV team treated me. From finance to service to parts, everyone was accommodating, professional, and incredibly friendly. They treated me like I had just bought a million-dollar coach, not a smaller camper. This transaction was smooth, stress-free, and honestly enjoyable. If you’re considering an RV purchase, Southland RV and Paul are absolutely worth the trip. Great people. Honestly we got the best filling while working with everyone at Southland they were all very helpful. Paul "the air force guy" is very knowledgeable and helpful and even does a lot of YouTube video on every thing to do with campers and RVs. He just wanted to make sure we got what we wanted not what he wanted to sell. Paul wants to take all new campers on a test drive to make sure you are comfortable towing before you leave. We would definitely recommend Southland to anybody looking to get a new camper.i never seen so much customer service even after the sell, just to make sure you are happy with your new camper.
