My family purchased a fifth wheel camper from this Location back in March 2025. Before purchasing there were a crew things that needed to be repaired/owed to us and was told the Richmond Hill location would handle the repairs and things owed to us. We were owed the appearance package, vinyl and decal redone, and cutting board. Which was all signed and put in our paperwork for proof. We agreed to this and finished purchase. Since march our camper has not seen their shop. Richmondhill location has not complied at all with us at all since. No phone calls back, won’t answer phones, claim they haven’t received any of the parts needed, and are highly rude. They lied to us about having our parts, then were nasty and rude to me and my husband when we called. When trying to speak to someone at Tucker location either they aren’t in to speak with or won’t return your phone calls. When they did speak with us they wanted us to bring it back to Tucker for the repairs, in which our wheels have lost two axle caps so it is unsafe to drive. When telling them that, they told us to call grand design because that is on them to repair. Clearly that is on the shop to fix as they are a grand design dealer and repair shop!!! We are owed an appearance package tha you have to purchase from Campers Inn and still have not gotten it. We are goin on a year now with more issues than what we left with. Do not purchase from Campers Inn at any location. They are all the same!!! They lie to get you to purchase, then ignore you when you need them! We have since gotten help from another grand design dealer and told them the campers inn in Richmondhill has our vinyl/decals we were owed but they will not allow us to come get it nor allow the other shop to pick it up.
This is the best place for RV service me and my family were visiting Creek Fire RV resort and my electric hitch stop working I pull up and was greeted with the best reception ever . I explained my problem with Ron Devane and June Gale at the front desk and without hesitation they addressed my issues and set up me with a wonderful tech name Shawn Hainline who went straight to the problem and replaced the fuse that was attached to the cable of the jack . Saved me hundreds of dollars and didn't charge me for their service. They are the best ever me and my family are always grateful. Thanks from Nathan, Ingrid and kids .......

I had a LP leak on my new 2025.5 Winnebago Travato while traveling. I called and was encouraged to come right in.
