We can't say enough about Tom and team. Took fantastic care of us when we were looking to upgrade our RV this Spring. We absolutely love what we settled on. Tough choice as they were all stunning! Tom went more than the extra mile for us as we had some issues on the day we were bringing the old RV to trade. Tom dropped everything to help us. You just don't see that anymore. Literally got us out of what could have been a pretty big pickle. I will be going to Tom for our next upgrade and will be telling all my RV friends that they have to check out the lot. Our AquaHot was low on Propylene Glycol and we couldn't locate anywhere close that we could purchase it. The temps were 25 below zero with the windchill. Shabbona Creek RV, running on a smaller crew due to the extreme weather, got us in same day!! They walked us through how to fill the overflow as they filled it for us! They earned a new customer today! We cannot say thank you enough for their exceptional customer service!!
Tom is absolutely top notch to work with! They installed LED lights and new flooring in the beautiful used Newmar Canyonstar we recently purchased from them. We found it online while traveling. Everything was as described. They gave us an extremely fair trade in for our older RV. If you want peace of mind at an outstanding dealership, this is the place to buy from. Just don’t know what to think. Always thought this was a well run and a go to place to get my next motorhome. Tom is very knowledgeable and experienced owner. I just happened to find exactly what I wanted in Florida and traded there. Since then they have done service work for me as they are a Newmar dealer. Excellent work and reasonable cost. The problem: I got an appointment 2 months ago for some maintenance work(furnace and house batteries). Even called to check a 2 weeks before and was told I may even be able to wait for it to be done if no problems. Received a call 5 days before saying they had to cancel as they were too booked up and would not be able to work on it till November (that’s 4 more months). I must be poison or something.
