Nick and Susan combined their expertise and high quality products to provide us with an informed buying experience we were very comfortable with and excited about! I enjoyed my buying experience. Nick seems like a pleasant guy and he was honest when I asked questions. He even delivered the camper for free and that was nice. I'll likely buy another one in the next few years. It won't be the one I purchased from Scenic rv that I will replace, (which actually had a leaky pump and caused extensive damage to the camper, which I repaired myself and also purchased a new pump out of pocket but this was likely the cheapest, and fastest option.) I appreciate Nick being honest about how long it may take for him to get to it and, realistically, I did a better job. Not because I suspect they do inferior work...but because this camper is mine, it's paid for, and I want it to last a long time and, it's a nice camper. And it will hopefully last a long time. It has a roof with a lifetime guarantee and the same type roof my second KZ sportsman trailer has. That second camper mentioned, is a 2014, 14 foot KZ sportsman and it may be the one I replace. All in all, I'm satisfied and will buy another camper from Scenic RV.
I bought a used 5th wheel from them from 10 hours away out of state had nothing but a positive experience with them. Company seem to be honest, straightforward, and trustworthy I would definitely buy from them again given the opportunity.
Unfortunately they are only interested in your large purchases, they have no time for you if you need parts for small repairs and have to beg or even stop in to get a call back. “Support small business” is getting harder and harder
Bought a KZ Connect travel trailer here a few months back. Nick and Susan were easy to work with. Took it back for some minor service and maintenance which was done in a very timely manner. Looking forward to a long relationship.
