I reserved from AK (using website and calls) & drove down a month later. The trailer was in the exact (or better) condition that Jeremiah described on the phone. Brad and the service staff did a beautiful prep and walk-thru. I found two exterior locks with no matching key - they replaced the locks in 15 mins, for Free! Brian did the final paperwork with us and there were no surprises. It was truly the best large buying experience we've had, RVs, Cars, or Pick-ups. We recommend them without reservation and they are worth the drive!! Thanks guys.

I walked into the service department without an appointment to request troubleshooting on a battery issue. My story seemed too complex to fill out the online repair request. Jerry and Bryce were extremely helpful and patient in explaining and educating me in order to resolve my battery issues.

I was able to store my trailer all winter without worry, and when it was time to finally take her home, Jane was amazing about going over everything and talking through all the aspects of the trailer.
