Had to take a brand new RV they sold us under false pretenses back for warranty repair work. Received unit back 2 weeks later (was told 3days) nothing fixed!!! In fact unit was returned with further damage. Hundreds of dollars in damage upon unit returned. These ppl are untrained and will do anything it takes to steal your money. Owner David told and threaten me to never come back and cussed me out. These ppl are not licenced warranty dealership just used car salesman rejects and felons. Update: David (owner) offered $500 hush CASH money! Now threaten to take me to court bc WE (we were sold as co-signger; but pushed through thier financial as co-owner! Forged our signatures Colter & Rusty!!!) wouldn't sign for $500 bc Hamilton Rv an Hamilton Quality Motors work performed voided RV factory warranty! They sold me this RV with a cosigner. Was pushed through the bank as a co-owner (fraud). Even forged two signatures!!! SHAMEFUL. BUYER BEWARE. All of this over a SINGLE ECTRICAL OUTLET!! weeks for a simple fix. BTW outlet same no working condition, now have holes drilled through a 2019 Geo pro Rockwood, which voided the manufacturer warranty and pictures you see below. Con artists. Their website on parts and service is absurd. BTW these ppl run other scam outlers in Idaho as well. To bad these ppl give family-owned business a horrible reputation.

Many thanks to the team at Hamilton RV. They went above and beyond to help me purchase a fifth wheel from out of state. They worked with my credit union on financing and even drove the RV to meet us part of the way. No nonsense, I highly recommend them for your RV purchase.

Salesman Joe is the LEAST helpful human on the planet. We paid almost $90k cash for a used camper van that he knew absolutely nothing about. We knew plenty about it on our own research and decided it was exactly what we wanted. It had not been cleaned yet, so we asked that before we came back with our cashier check a short time later that it be cleaned, dewinterized, and a few damages be repaired. None of the damages were repaired, it was not cleaned, and despite him telling us it had been dewintwrized, it actually had not. I would never give him any future business and had it not been exactly what we wanted in a van, we would not have moved forward with the sale. We have called back multiple times and returned in person to find out if they have the parts in to repair the damages yet that we were told they would order as part of the sale, but all he will do is say he “will check into it” and never does. In person, he plays on his cell phone and doesn’t even give you his full attention. Nor will he pick up the phone to call the service department about the parts, or call to locate the title that has not yet been received despite paying cash for the van. He truly did not deserve commission off of this sale.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. This place SUCKS! Paid over $90,000 for a brand new toy hauler and it has had multiple problems since the day we brought it home. Had it back in for “warranty work” three separate times and every time we got it back (after sitting on their lot for MONTHS) nothing was ever fixed. Even called the manufacturer multiple times to complain and was told that Hamilton RV submitted claims to them that were paid but the repairs were NEVER done. Buyer beware if you even think about purchasing from this company. I’ll never deal with these crooks again!
