We had been looking for a TT for a while, visiting multiple dealers in multiple states. With RV Specialist, not only did we find the perfect camper for our needs, but the customer service was truly outstanding. There was zero pressure to buy, and walking around the lot was stress-free. RV Specialist was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about helping us find the right fit for both a camper and our travel tow vehicle, which is something we felt other dealerships brushed over by saying we could tow campers that would have caused safety issues once packed with additional weight. Once we decided on a camper, the process of purchasing and taking delivery was seamless. It was great the price listed was the actual price…..no extra or hidden fees at all, and the price was the same regardless of whether you financed or bought outright. Being our first camper, the walkthrough took a few hours and there was no rush; we asked many questions, and every feature was explained thoroughly. Collin was amazing and offered lots of tips along the way. One thing we really appreciated was Collin taking the camper on a ride down the road with us to explain the towing and making sure the trailer brakes were set up correctly. We left the lot feeling confident and excited. Even after the sale, the customer service didn’t stop. We had a couple of questions after coming home, and Collin was quick to respond and happy to help. That kind of support makes a huge difference, especially for first-time owners. Even though they were over three hours away from us, it was the best decision we could have made in terms of the level of care and service received!

September 2024 we purchased our RV from RV specialist. I live in central Pennsylvania and saw a really great price on the RV model we liked. There were a few dealers in my state within 2hrs that carried the model, but their prices were $5000 more and the dealer reviews were awful. I was hesitant about traveling so far to buy a unit, but called anyway. The initial call went well, and they answered all of my follow up questions. Jay even sent me a video walk thru of the trailer. It's a family run business. All pricing is straight forward. They were very knowledgeable about the build quality of the unit. They also did a great job setting up the hitch and showing me every feature of the trailer. Everyone working there is helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. It was an awesome experience and well worth the ride from PA. After a few trips, we noticed a small leak on the slide out where the manufacturer didn't seal properly. Jay walked me through the repair over the phone and drop shipped the parts from amazon because coachmen was moving too slow. Wow. Buying an RV is a big purchase and RV specialist is a remarkable dealer. I would highly recommend them, even if you are 500 miles away like me.

I'll start out by saying that this is THE BEST RV dealer that we have ever dealt with. We had been shopping for a travel trailer for months, and we stopped in many big-name dealers over the course of several months. With our frustration levels being pushed to the limits with extra charges for what amounted to nonsense charges. My wife found RV Specialist online and they advertised the NO FEE GUARANTEE. She insisted that I call them immediately. I called just a few minutes before the posted closing time on a Saturday. Jay answered the call and talked with me for quite a while, explaining the pricing and NO FEE GUARANTEE. We discussed the trailer that we were interested in, and Jay gave me the price with no additional fees what so ever. We put money down and drove 200 miles down the following Saturday and picked it up. Jay and his father thoroughly explained all of the inner workings of the trailer to us and made sure that we felt comfortable about everything before we left. They set us up with a weight distribution hitch also. I will be referring everyone to them without hesitation.

1st off the best big purchase we have made! We were nervous being out of state but everything Jay said he lived up to. The price had no surprises our new camper was prepped and ready with everything ready to camp on the date he had said. Jay spent ample amount of time explaining everything on our new unit so we felt comfortable. When we found a manufacturer defect Jay and his family went out of their way to fix it so we could be on our new journey. I had an excellent experience at this family-owned business! The entire staff was warm and welcoming. There were absolutely no gimmicks involved. The owner and his son were incredibly helpful, taking the time to explain everything in detail. As a first-time camper owner, I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable I felt driving off with my new purchase, much more than when I first arrived. I traveled over 400 miles to pick up my camper, and it was definitely worth it.
