Warren and his team provide outstanding service! This was our second RV purchase and the first from RTC. From the sales staff (Bethany, Katie, Flo) to the service department (Thomas and Damien), we could not be more pleased with our experience at RoadTrip Camping. We purchased our InTech Aucta Magnolia in the spring of 2025, but have waited until now to write this review in order to address all areas from purchase to follow up and maintenance. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and equally impressive with their customer service. The sales staff was patient and very helpful as we decided on which unit to purchase...not "pushy" at all and always willing to answer our questions. After we decided on the InTech Aucta Magnolia, we wanted to install a nice solar package as we like to camp off grid in National Parks. Thomas in the service department walked us through the different solar/battery options and demonstrated an extremely high knowledge base and very proficient technical skills. He flawlessly installed an absolutely stellar solar package. It works like a dream and has exceeded all our expectations. We completed a 7 week "out west" trip to seven National Parks in the late summer/fall of 2025 and never once had a power issue. Thomas and Damien have proven to be equally capable with all of our maintenance needs and follow up questions. This is a very impressive RV dealership. It all starts with the owner (Warren) who has built a culture of good customer service. Warren provides every buyer a 2-3 hour training session on the day of delivery. He patiently goes over all the RV systems thus ensuring you have a solid knowledge base for your new RV. This was my first camper purchase ever and I am so glad I chose Road Trip Camping! This is a small business that truly shines in every aspect. I could not have asked for a better experience. Katie was my contact person, and she tailored my experience to meet my expectations. Flo was the key person to take care of all the necessary paperwork--everything was flawless thanks to her! There was no pressure at all from anyone, just a willingness to help me make my camping dream come true. Warren gave us an extensive orientation to our new purchase, which was invaluable. I have much more confidence and skill thanks to him. Damien was the lead technician that made sure everything was installed perfectly for the trip home, as well as going above and beyond for a last-minute installation of a part. Their customer service is just amazing. If you are looking for a specialized, targeted-just-for-you experience, please do not hesitate to give Road Trip Camping a call. I live 5 hours away and will gladly return there for all my purchases and maintenance needs.

Warren (the owner) and Mike provide high quality service that was well worth the 6+ hour drive from Ohio. He worked until he figured out what the real issues were, and fixed the issues with our camper with high quality repairs. His attention to detail is evident in the high quality of service he provides. He also prides himself in providing high quality customizations (like the awning he attached for us) to ensure even more enjoyment of our little Cricket. If we need service again we will be making the trip out to VA to visit Warren again! Couldn't recommend him higher.
