My wife and I had an amazing experience at RNR RV start to finish! We had a camper that we had bought back in 2017 from a different company. Apart had broke on it and we were simply going into their part store to see if we could pick up a $20 part at their location. We had been looking for a particular layout for the last couple of years and hadn't been able to find anything that was even remotely close to what we were looking for. We had kind of given up on the search as we technically weren't ready to purchase anything at the moment. When we got in there we found the part that we needed and we purchased it. You can see the showroom from the parts center and we saw some campers that we decided to go take a look at. My son was super excited to go through and look at all the campers. When we walked into the showroom I looked to the front of the showroom and made eye contact with a salesperson from about 100 ft away he nodded I turned my head and kept walking not really wanting to talk to a salesperson at that point. We spent the next hour walking through their indoor showroom looking at all the campers. We came across a 2024 keystone bullet. When we walked into it I saw my wife's eyes light up because the layout was almost perfect. They say that if you can find a camper that has at least 80% of what you want..buy it! We spent probably the next 30 minutes in that camper looking at all the functions pulling the pull out bed from the couch opening everything and up and inspecting and we were very impressed. At this point we still hadn't been pressured by any salesperson at that location. This is something that really impresses me as there were multiple salespeople on the floor and could have interjected themselves and did not. They read us perfectly and let us do our thing. We decided that it was time to talk to a salesperson and so we walked up to where they were located. I made eye contact with Jake, he smiled and nodded again and I walked towards him. I will say this was probably one of the most easy interaction and transaction that I have ever had with any salesman when buying a large item. He was very relaxed and very informative of the unit explaining positives and negatives after explaining our wants and needs. He showed us a couple other options that we liked but kept coming back to the bullet. At this point we asked for a quote with our trade in and any possible discounts on the camper it had a significant discount because it was last year's model and they were trying to get the new models on the floor. I did my research and it seemed to be a great price. We got the quote and made the decision to purchase. it took a few days to get the appointment set up to sign all the paperwork but the finance lady (Sharon) was also amazing! After the transactions were done and we received the camper, we actually started loading it for our next camp trip. When loading it we noticed a minor defect in side the camper and called Jake. Another impressive thing is how they handled the claim. Very efficient no combative or excuses just straight up good customer service. Thank you for making our transactions so smooth and taking care of us with the minor issues after the purchase. That part of customer service after the purchase doesn't usually go that way in other experiences that I have had. You have gained another loyal customer customer and we will use you for all of our RV and accessory services. Thank you very much! -The Bandels

Paul at RNR RV North was amazing. Very calm with all of our questions. He went out of his way to arrange for us to put a camper on our truck to see if it would handle the weight etc. Jake was equally amazing working as a team player to answer questions and reassure us. They worked together to help us find the travel trailer that was right for us. Both were knowledgeable and helpful and patient and friendly with us while we prospected for the perfect camper. Alyssa provided a good orientation of our trailer, and Sharon was extremely supportive and helpful in the F and I department. Everyone we encountered worked to help make this an excellent experience. No one tried to push anything on us that we didn't want. We truly felt appreciated through the entire process.

We had the absolute most amazing experience at the RnR RV dealership. Brandon was our salesman, we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect fit! Brandon is a genuinely class person, he made us feel like he was there to help find what was right for us, not what was the “right sale for him or the dealership”. Brandon interacts as a person first not a salesman. At no point was there pressure or unwanted follow-up sales calls. We enjoyed having Alyssa do our walk through with us! Sharon could not have made the finance and paperwork part of the transaction easier! Sharon is also a kind person and it shows in her interactions. She had time to answer any question we had, and we had a lot! Sharon knew every step of purchasing an RV when we live in another state.
