Clicket RV in Moses Lake, WA. Is Top of the line ! The Seevice Tech. Emilo, went above and beyond with me, helping me understand and leann. How to operate the new hard-sided A-frame trailer we bought, in Spokane at Clicket RV. The cricket RV staff at Moses Lake are phenomenal and went out of their way to help us and let us learn about the new little A-frame pull-behind trailer we bought. Which is an amazing Trader.. My first amendment right to freedom of speech. DO NOT! buy here. From behind the scenes experience, you will get ripped off by these people. They will do anything and promise you anything just to sell, Then back out of their promise after they’ve made that sell. Sometimes issues with a used unit will not be disclosed to the customer just so they can make a sell. Which is very unfortunate to say the least. There’s no communication between the sales and service, therefore leading to customer dissatisfaction. Sometimes it is told to the service techs to “make it work” by the service manager (Ayana) when there is something grave with a unit that has been sold just so they can get it out the door and out of the way leading to customer dissatisfaction. I wouldn’t recommend bringing in your unit to be serviced here either because you will wait a tremendous amount of time for them to get to it..not because of any of the Techs fault but, because of the lack of responsibility by the service manager (Ayana) in ordering the correct parts in a timely matter for the unit therefore, also leading to customer dissatisfaction. The only time a Unit is given 100% is when it is purchased by the friends or family of the owners. The service manager Ayana and main store manager Clint Mock are outrageously rude and disrespectful to both customers and their own staff. Many times it has come to the attention of the main office in Spokane about these issues and They refuse to do anything about the people managing this place. I’m not here to bash anybody, but I’m here to tell the truth about this business. I will never buy here personally, and I will never recommend this place to anybody not even my worst enemies. That’s how bad this place is Managed. It is unfortunate for the people who work under these two so-called managers.
Our electric went out on our RV. Upon further investigation, our power receptacle arced & melted. We called ClickIt & they had the parts we needed. Down to ClickIt we traveled. We met Ricky in the Service Dept. He assisted us as we made our decision between repairing or replacement. Ricky was very knowlegable & his customer service was really, really good. Thank you, Ricky.
We bought our new Solitude from Clickit. Christina did a great job negotiating and communicating with us. Aiyanna, their shop foreman, resolved all of the issues we had after our walk-through, which included twice sending us a technician where we were camped about 50 miles away.
