Bought my 2026 Chateau today. I love Riverside RV. The guys are awsome. They are exceptional Sales guys that take there time to explain everything in detail. Luis is my sales person and he is been with the company for over 10 years. I consider him my friend. He is awsome. I love him like a son(from another mother). Happy travels to me. If you come here ask for Luis. You regret it if you don't.

Bought my camper from here Louis is amazing no pressure so this 1 star is not for him it is for there service department, dropped off on a sat Monday morning 1 hour after opening get a call my inspection is done and they had questions about a few other concerns I had. I picked up my trailer today to propane left on, concerns not addressed, water block offs missing, with the storm coming in haven't done a full inspection yet and they tried to replace components with out contacting me. Did take it off the bill but shady business. Will not be back I'll find another repair facility. Edit: after doing an inspection of trailer lights left on killing the battery black silicone smeared on my wall shower that was supposed to be sealed was not. Did talk to gm and will be having further conversation with them over this it is worse condition than when I dropped off

I recently purchased a Blackthorn 5th wheel from this dealership, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Tim Mercer was my salesman, and he was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. The customer service team was equally impressive—friendly, responsive, and committed to making sure everything went smoothly. I have had a less-than-impressive experience. I bought an RV in as-is condition. I paid the full asking price for the RV based on the ad description and what the salesman told me—that it only needed a few items addressed. After paying the asking price in full, plus dealer fees, sight unseen, I was informed days later that I had to replace the tires to pass inspection. This was pretty frustrating, considering that by law they cannot list and/or sell the RV without a valid NC inspection. We negotiated a price for the tires, and I drove three hours to pick it up. The RV was in much worse condition than expected, with issues that were not disclosed. I was told the generator just needed the carburetor cleaned, but it turns out the generator engine is locked up. After driving off, I discovered the ABS light was on—something they knew about but did not disclose. The water heater does not heat, and the AC does not blow cold air. There were other issues I was aware of, such as a slide problem and the heat not working, which I had been told about. I did not expect a perfect RV, but having things not match the advertisement feels dishonest. On my way home, I immediately noticed that the new tires (the cheapest brand on the market), which they insisted I purchase to pass inspection, caused the front of the RV to vibrate so badly at certain speeds that it is unsafe to drive. They will need to be replaced with better-quality tires to correct the issue. I then waited almost four weeks to receive the title because I was told it takes that long to get it back from the DMV. When the title arrived at my home, it had not been processed by the DMV and was not in my name. I asked both the manager and the salesman why I did not receive the title sooner or at the time of purchase. Neither provided a clear answer, responding only with, “I don’t know why,” and “It typically takes four weeks—it’s just a process.” Honestly, I am very disappointed that in 2026, basic information and important details about the RV and the dealership process were not properly disclosed. I am still unsure why the title was not stamped and handed to me the day I picked up the RV, especially since this was a cash purchase. Everyone has been nice throughout the process, but they have been less than honest and less than helpful. I would not buy an RV from them again.

For those who don’t wish to read this due to length there aren’t enough stars for me to rate for how great they are! They blew me away with what lengths they will go to take care of a customer. If you continue to read this, they haven’t asked or paid me to say any of this.Wife & I went the Saturday after thanksgiving to look and meet Tim. He showed us a new unit they just got in, & we were impressed. We did the application & said this is what I want but not sitting here to wait as we had company in. Before we got out of the parking lot, Jimmy came out to my window, said were good, gave us some numbers, I said we are a little off, call me if you can get to my number. Over next hour he was texting me, we met at my number & agree. The following day, Sunday, Tim drives to my house with the paperwork from New Bern to Greenville for me to sign. I explained we have a trip planned to leave following Saturday so they would need to be able to have it ready, they said no problem. I pick up on the following Thursday. Did a walk through, good to go & go home. We leave Saturday at around 1, go 3 hours away, get to our site and discover an issue with our power cord, I call them, explain situation & they said we are getting a cord & heading to us, 4 hours away from them. I came up with a fix, advised not needed but thank you, we will work it out when we get back. Afterward we exchanged cord think we are good. Decide to go on an impromptu weekend trip last weekend, leave after work Friday, get to site @ 8pm, found again cord wasn’t right & found we had a water leak, and a couple other things that needed to be addressed as with campers, you find stuff. We packed up, went home. Saturday, we took the unit back to them & met Trey the general manager. Went though our experience with the power cord issues, & he said I will be right out, introduced us to Luis, & had him come out to see what we were describing. Luis inspected it, and discovered in fact our beliefs were correct & the unit from the manufacturer had been built wrong from the factory. We were talking about the other items we had concerns with to which he said, I don’t think those are going to matter because his opinion we needed to get a different unit. Trey comes out, Luis explains his findings, Trey leaves & makes a call, comes back sticks his & says, folks, whatever we have to do to make this right we will. The entire unit from manufacturer was built with the wrong power hook up, breaker panel, everything, & they have another unit just like the one we got, same everything, built correctly as he just verified it. Said talk about what we would like & let him know while apologizing through out. I said I absolutely wanted to go in a new unit. We then went inside with Luis, did some paperwork, & he said thats all they need, just leave the 1st one there, they will get everything taken care of & call us when they have it ready. Over the next week, they were calling & texting me updates the entire time.Wednesday Luis calls & they had installed all the added option we had ordered on the first unit, cleaner was coming to detail it, & moved the additional things I added like stabilizer pads, cargo rack, etc over to the new unit so it's turn key ready for us. We show up Saturday, yesterday, & Trey greets us. The new unit is right up front, cleaned, powered up, again apologizes for the the troubles we have had & expressed how he just wanted to do the right thing & make us happy. These guys & their team in my opinion are PHENOMENAL! Never any push back, nothing of the sort. His immediate response to us from the discovery of the real problem was we need to put you in a new unit. First thing out of Treys mouth. Whatever we needed. Redid the whole deal, penny to penny, same payment if not a dollar less maybe. These guys, Trey & his team get it, they know customer service. Impressed isn’t even close. This dealer CARES! I can not say enough about the lengths they went through to make this right.What I thought was going to be a nightmare was the best experience. THANK YOU! Customer for life!
