We had a positive experience with Rick’s RV from start to finish. The whole process was smooth, professional, and honestly really enjoyable. Andrew and Paul were great to work with — knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to help. Andrew even sent us a handwritten thank you card after our purchase, which was a really classy and thoughtful touch that you just don’t see much anymore. We were also very impressed with the service and support in getting all of our camper accessories set up, including the hitch and other essentials. They made sure we were fully ready and confident before we left. Highly recommend to anyone looking for great service and a team that truly takes care of you.
They got our RV in and diagnosed quickly and were very upfront with the possible timing. They were able to make sure it was covered under extended warranty and best news of all, well 2 best news, the repair worked and we got it back earlier than expected! And they are the friendliest most helpful guys around! Got us back to where we want to be!!

Rick,Rick,Rick. You set the standard for excellent customer service. I'm very sad I'm trading for a trailer not serviced by Ricks. Tell the owner to sell Brinkley or move to my new dealer. Rick’s RV will be sorely missed. I need to clarify that I was extremely satisfied with my Jayco J flite trailer. 7000 trouble free miles. No warranty work required. The Brinkley offers more at a considerably higher price. The Jayco was an excellent product at a great price. Talk to Paul in sales. He made our total buying experience enjoyable with excellent after sale service.
We love Rick's. This is our 4th Jayco we have bought from Ricks's everyone is helpful and friendly, Paul has sold us all 4 and is always careful and never trys to sell us what we cant pull safety!
