To start out I found my dream car online at this dealership. After contacting the dealer I decided to make the 3 hour drive to test drive it. I was dealing with Eddie via text and had great results. When I arrived at the dealer Eddie was working with another client so instead of making me wait he passed me onto Austin. Austin was great! He answered my questions and was very good at his job. We negotiated the price and came to an agreement. He made sure I was comfortable with the terms. He continued helping throughout the entire car purchase process. Best dealership experience ever. I would recommend them to everyone. Top notch. Update: After having an issue with my headlights within a month after purchasing the car I tried using the car bravo warranty (safe guard)that came with the purchase. It was a horrible experience and didn’t cover some of the cost. I found out that Phillips dealership didn’t send safeguard the required paperwork when I purchased the car. I was told 6 month bumper to bumper/ 6000 miles. I was within the warranty period but the body control module I needed to fix the headlights wasn’t covered. When reaching out to Phillips they said there wasn’t anything they could do. So Phillips dealership is the same as all the rest. Work hard to get you to buy and then don’t care about you. I really thought they were different from other dealerships. In reality they are NOT. Update: I received a call from the sales manager about the issues I was having. He reassured me they do care about after purchase issues. We spoke on the phone for about 10 minutes. He apologized for his sales person saying they couldn’t do anything about it. He was very apologetic and was willing to work out something. We agreed on a reasonable fix for the issue. I’m happy to say that I once again feel this is a reputable company and willing to go the extra mile. Thank you for putting customers first. I hope this review helps others that are looking at dealerships for a car purchase. Phillips is top notch.😀
