We have previously had two campers and recently upgraded to a class A RV. We had the best experience w/ Pete’s RV in Mountville PA that we have ever had in purchasing a camper/RV. The entire process was seamless and the folks that work there provided us World Class Customer Service. We were torn between two different RV’s and we wanted to make sure this would be our last purchase. Pete’s RV staff were so patient with us and explained the pro’s and cons with both RV’s so that we could make the most informed decision. They were the only RV dealership that allowed us to test drive the specific RV that we were interested in and we had gone to four other dealerships prior to going to Pete’s. They were honest, genuine and didn’t put any pressure on us during the process. Louis was our sales person, he was awesome!! Mike who did the walk thru and check out went above and beyond what we have ever had in explaining all the features and ensuring that we understood how to work them. We recently brought it in for some warranty work and Vanessa and Ryan in the service department were so helpful. So far we love our RV .. and can’t wait to get back on the road when weather permits! We picked up our new 2026 Jayco Northpoint on 12/19/2026 and met with Robert to do the walk-through. Robert was great! He is friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the Jayco brand. We had a great experience at Pete's RV Center. We contacted the dealer and spoke with Rick B. on Tuesday and informed him of our interest in upgrading our camper and requirements we were looking for, after which he sent us several options via email, enabling us to narrow down our selection. We traveled from Maryland, Upon arriving at the dealership the next morning, we knew immediately that we would be purchasing a travel trailer after inspecting our chosen options. He made this process so easy for us. When signing papers, Christine was exceptionally efficient, expediting the process with her concise and thorough approach. After the signing was completed, we were introduced to Mike, our orientation specialist, who was very helpful. As he took our new camper in to complete a walkthrough, he recommended this BBQ place across the street while we waited, which had the greatest BBQ we've had by far. After lunch, Mike had everything ready for us and sent us on our way. We arrived at 9am and left by 1. If you're in the market for a new RV, Pete's RV is your go-to!
