We had a fantastic experience with Parris RV. Our salesperson “Hunter”, bent over backwards to find exactly what we were looking for and arranged a test drive. The finance department was top notch and easy to work with for the purchase. Upon pickup, one of the mechanics did a very detailed and thorough walk thru and made sure we were familiar with everything top to bottom! I highly recommend the Parris RV team.
Excellent no pressure sales, our salesman Steve could talk to us about the ins and outs of the camper, he was very knowledgeable. We enjoyed the quick financing officer, as it was easy to get in and get out. WE are indeed happy with our purchase and would highly recommend.
Penny was great. She was helpful wasn’t pushy and got us what we needed. Beware of the shop and signing your walk through paper. Apparently it is your responsibility they say they will button everything up for travel and that wasn’t the case. After we did our walk through and I signed the stupid paper they weren’t done with my trailer and I was told to go look at the parts shop till they were done. I was told everything was ready for travel. Once I got back to my home town all the doors were damaged because the were not secured by Parris rv like I was told they were. And I was told it was my responsibility to go back in once my truck was hook up to make sure every thing was actually secure. I spent a lot of money on a brand new 5th wheel for it to be damaged and Parris not take responsibility and now I have to go through warranty. Never again will I trust someone in this shop. We will see if warranty even fixes this to make it right. I’ll update if I feel like my problems were taken care correctly or it will stay a one star. After reading other reviews this isn’t the first time they have done this to someone… I don’t know how someone could feel right about watching a customer drive away knowing they didn’t do their job correctly.
Bought a new Forest River Roo. The pricing was excellent. They gave me an honest amount for my trade. No hassles and no lies, unlike some other less reputable dealers around town. My propane tank proved to be defective on the first drive home. They replaced it right away. Great to work with.
DO NOT PURCHASE AN RV FROM HERE!!! My wife and I bought a Rockwood from Parris in June 2025. The trailer we bought is amazing and has brought us really good memories so far. But the purchasing experience was so misogynistic that I had to talk my wife down from buying from another RV supplier. I should have listened to her because as soon as we purchased it, Parris suddenly became impossible to get on the phone, help from, or insight into anything with regards to the RV. We ran into some issues early where Parris hadn't sealed the trailer completely in several spots as well as some shades that broke and our screen door that stopped working immediately. We tried to work with them on the phone, and a few months later was finally able to bring it in for them to check and fix what they could. They didnt fix the blinds (which still didnt work, so I fixed them) and noticed the screen door. Since it was under warranty they said they were placing a replacement order. 3 months later I still haven't heard anything from them, called today to check on the order status and THEY TOLD ME WE NEVER BROUGHT IT IN FOR THEM TO CHECK!!! I have never been gaslit by a company so hard after doing everything they asked. Please, if you value your money and investments - use any place besides Parris. You will inevitably regret working with Parris RV.
