We bought a travel trailer from Nashville RV last week. The process was great, and the RV (used) looked so good when we picked it up. It was actually amazing how much they had cleaned up and fixed from when we saw it to when we drove it home. They spent hours going over each button and how everything worked before sending us on our way. I'll also add that we started looking well over a year ago and had gone to Nashville RV to look at a used travel trailer that they had then. Jeff was super helpful and took all the time in the world to teach us about each type of camper and what we should be thinking about. It didn't feel like he was trying to sell us a camper. It felt more like he was trying to give us as much info as possible so that we could make the best decision for ourselves. I'll be taking our new TT back to them for all of the service, and whenever we are trading it in for something bigger, I will absolutely be going back to Nashville RV.
BRAD was truly great, stayed in touch with me over 3 months with the progress of our new SUNSEEKER. Brad definitely represents the “FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS” in a very professional way. NEAL on the other hand is the one who will show up at the transaction and try to find an excuse to give you less trade in on your vehicle. He doesn’t represent the FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS in a very good way. If he’s family I’d find him another job.
We purchased this class C yesterday! No pressure sales with great communication! Before we left we were well educated about the differences between our travel trailer and our Class C. The price advertised was the actual price! No gimmicks! We looked for a while before we came across this gem. We are glad she is ours. Everyone I have met here has been wonderful to work with. Today Nathan got me fixed up and ready to roll on under 1 hour. I can call them when I'm out on the road if I can't figure something out. Great place to do business with!
Overall we did not have a great experience renting an RV here. When we originally booked, we were shown a specific RV. We asked if this was the model we would be renting because we had very specific requirements for what we needed. They confirmed that would be the same floor plan we received. When we went to pick it up, they gave us a completely different RV that was smaller and missing the most important feature we needed. They checked to see if they had another RV available—they did not. The only option we were given was to cancel, which would leave us without an RV or any housing for where we were traveling to (and this was the day before we were leaving). They didn’t offer a night free or a discount or anything else for what was clearly their error. The RV itself was clean and fine, only a couple of minor issues. When we went to return the RV, we waited 30 minutes because the gentleman that does the rentals was not there, which was fine since we were early. However, it seems ridiculous to me that of the other 4 men walking around, not helping anyone, no one could walk through the less than 4-minute check-in process. The couple of times we’ve been there checking out RVs, they always talk about how great their customer service is and how they pride themselves on it. The rental guy was nice and apologized. However, I would not say we received good customer service. Overall, we were very disappointed. Our intention was to buy an RV after this trial run, and now we will probably look elsewhere.
