Enjoyed my used car buying experience. They worked with me - There was no pressure, and communication was clear and honest. When I first spoke to the salesperson, he was genuine, friendly and worked to get all my questions answered (there were many) I felt understood and well served. As parents of small children, we didn't have a lot of freedom to come together (across town) and Mark helped by setting up a delivery after we signed. The facility is a 10/10, super clean and well kept. Definitely appreciate the artistic touch on photos and getting a car that was just as clean as the day it was built, full on gas and delivered to my door! No surprise check engine lights or issues have come up within the first few weeks of owning, and I'm happy with the entire process.

Our first visit to Mercedes-Benz of West Chester was not the best experience. The associate who assisted us was quite unfriendly and unapproachable, despite our efforts to be polite and engaging. That initial interaction left us disappointed and led us to consider another dealership. However, our experience completely turned around when we worked with Lance. He assisted us wholeheartedly and was incredibly kind, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. Lance went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable and valued, offering us the best possible discounts and making sure we did not face any of the issues we encountered earlier. His friendly attitude and dedication played a huge role in helping us drive our car home the very same day. Even after the purchase, when we requested additional features that were typically available only in a higher trim model, Lance did not hesitate to help. He could have easily said no, but instead, he went the extra mile to get us exactly the car we were discussing. The best part was that despite the added features, there was almost no change in our contract. We also had a great experience with Dustin from the finance team. He was extremely pleasant, explained everything clearly, and handled redoing the contract for the new vehicle with professionalism and a constant smile.
