I rarely leave reviews...let alone nevatige reviews, but my experience purchasing a motorhome from this dealership was truly unacceptable. From start to finish, it was filled with poor communication, lack of transparency, and zero accountability once the sale was complete. The motorhome we were promised was supposed to be “thoroughly inspected and road-ready,” yet during the inspection and within days of taking it home, we discovered multiple mechanical and electrical issues — some of which should have been obvious during even a basic inspection...the roof, the rust/oxidation on certain components, the overall lack of knowledge on how to operate things. When I reached out for help, the responses were rude, dismissive and slow, and it quickly became clear that once they had my money, they had no interest in providing support or standing behind their product. The sales staff were friendly enough at first, but the moment problems arose, that professionalism disappeared. I was bounced around between departments as well as the Manufacturer, told contradictory information, and ultimately left to deal with costly repairs on my own. Buying a motorhome is a major investment, and I expected honesty, quality, and integrity — none of which I received here. I strongly urge anyone considering a purchase to look elsewhere. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and unexpected expenses.
