I can’t say enough about this company, we re brand new to RV ownership and they were friendly and knowledgeable. The staff took the time to “show us around” our RV. No pressure, no rush and no hassle! We had questions and they happily had answers. Danny Shaw was a kind, honest and helpful salesman, we even got points in the store from our purchase! Just all around outstanding customer service! Give them a try you won’t regret it!

Highly recommend Liberty RV, purchased a new travel trailer over a year ago, and just this past year upgraded to a new fifth wheel. From service to sales they are top notch. Scott was a pleasure to work with, I wont consider buying anywhere else in the future!

Recently I purchased a small camper from this dealership. The salesman that helped me decide was very knowledgeable, honest and upfront with everything.......this is a very big plus! There were a few minor issues that I had after purchase and they helped me get everything that I needed. I want to thank Mr. G especially because he explained and showed me the proper setup and takedown procedures. There were other questions that I had and every time I called, he took the time to explain everything to me. An employee with that level of knowledge and professionalism is a big advantage especially in a small business. He deserves a raise and acknowledgement for his work.

I would recommend Liberty RV to anyone wanting to buy a camper. Danny Shaw was a great salesperson. He listened to what we wanted and also to what we were willing to spend. He found the perfect camper for us, no pressure, very honest. Scott was also fantastic to work with when we were looking for supplies for our new camper. Everyone that helped us was courteous and wanted us to be very happy. And we are!

DO NOT RECOMMEND: I brought my RV to Liberty RV in Gettysburg, PA, to have the fresh water tank replaced. When I dropped it off, I was told the repair would take about 2–3 hours at $149 per hour plus parts, with a total estimate of under $1,000. Later, they called to say that the replacement tank had been modified by the manufacturer and would require some extra work and parts to make it fit. The new estimate was 8 hours of labor plus parts, totaling around $1,250–$1,500. I agreed to proceed based on that information. The next call I received was to tell me the RV was ready — and the total bill was $3,870. At no point did anyone contact me to approve such a large increase. When I complained, they said the job had taken much longer than anticipated. I made it clear that, had I known the cost would be that high, I would not have approved the repair. After pushing back, they offered a “discount,” bringing the total down to $2,870. The entire process took over two to three months, even though they originally said it would be ready much sooner. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing — poor communication, unexpected charges, and a lack of transparency. I would not recommend this business.
