Gary was great!! I am from Salt Lake City searched for this RV on multiple listing sites, looking at everything west of the Mississippi. I looker for a few weeks to find the exact one I wanted and I found it in CA at LA RV center! Gary showed me everything I wanted to see on a video walk-through. he was very knowledgeable about all of the features and how to operate them. We liked this RV and the price so much that we wanted to buy it right away, but couldn't come to LA for 10 days. Gary easily managed a deposit and turned away multiple buyers holding it for us until I was able to fly out there. RV was very clean and as promised. We finished the paperwork super quick and drove out of the dealership in under two hours. most of that time spent walking through the RV and letting Gary show us how to operate everything. three times after the sale I was confused about things and gave Gary a call and he answered right away to explain how to operate the accessories I couldn't figure out. I never felt any pressure and I knew the RV was priced just right so I was pleasantly surprised when Gary offered to drop it 500 bucks to cover some of my travel costs. we left with a full tank of gas and a full tank of propane and would recommend buying an RV from Gary to anybody!! We love the RV and purchasing the vehicle was the best buying experience I have ever had from a dealer.

Bought my new Toy hauler from Troy and his team here. They are great, the customer service is amazing. Any questions I had leading up to the purchase of my trailer were answered quickly and gave me the confidence in choosing the correct one for me. For purchase and pick up, the process went so easy, and the walk through of the trailer was very thorough. They helped me pick the best fifth wheel hitch and installed it in my truck and hitch my new trailer to make sure I understood everything. These guys are great, and if you are looking to buy a travel trailer, fifth wheel, or RV, then you want to use Legacy RV.

If you’re looking for more than just a salesman these are your guys! I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Legacy RV. From the moment I walked in the door the first time I could tell they cared. I told the salesman that I was looking for a Riverstone and instead of taking the commission himself, he ensured that I was paired up with Troy who knows the most about their Riverstone trailers and walked me through every step of the process. Troy spent hours and hours and hours with me over months as I specced out what I wanted and got it ordered, followed up with me as it was being built and delivered. Troy even helped me move all of my belongings into the trailer since it was becoming my full time home. Troy is not just a salesman, he has become a true friend and he shows how much he actually cares about people every day. The service department has also been wonderful to work with. Everything from giving me a thorough walk through and teaching me all of the ins and outs, to spending time with me on a video call when I was thousands of miles away to help me diagnose a problem. They really have gone above and beyond. If you’re looking for any type of RV you won’t regret going into Legacy.

Troy and Paul were really cool to work with and the staff in general has been very polite. The process of picking my trailer up was easy and the trailer was cleaned thoroughly prior to pick up. I was not bound to a finance commitment to get reasonable deal. The also mailed me a couple of coffee mugs with goodies inside that was a nice touch to show that they care. As anyone who has purchased a trailer in the last decade already knows, the trailer industry is not held to the same standard you would expect when buying essentially any other new item. The overall experience has not been perfect and is still in process from an addressing open items standpoint. That said, they’ve shown a genuine effort to resolve these items thus far and that is a rarity in this industry. I would recommend them over many of the other local options, knowing what comparable experiences have been elsewhere.
