We bought a brand new 2025 RV in late May at Lazy Days we love the camper... But...Went camping for the first time in June all went great. Had a 10 day vacation to camp In August and stayed two nights nothing would work when plugged in to land power, only off batteries which kept batteries drained. Took it back to lazy days told them what it was doing and we suggested converter went out. They kept it for 5 days and said they didnt find anything wrong and acted like we didnt know what we were doing or just dumb ( had campers our whole lives). They told us that thats what its suppose to do work off battery only!! then why have a plug. We knew that was wrong. We said we wanted to trade if thats the case then was told all new campers do that Omg really. Well we took it home plugged it up done same thing. We called a company that came to our home and checked it.. They walked in camper and it took 2 minutes to test converter and said it was totally gone. Within one hour they put new converter in and our camper worked like new as it should they said there was no way lazydays checked converter or they would have known it was gone.. lazydays did not check it and could care less once we had purchased it. Im sure they were paid for doing nothing seeing it was under warrenty by manufacturer. We will never purchase from them and will suggest friends and family not to as well. Changed names but same employees so. .

BEWARE. We were sold a 2016 Tiffin 42LH Coach for $240K that had 56,000 miles on it. They pushed us into buying a warranty for $20,000. Within the 1st 1000 miles we had to have it taken to Freightliner for coolant loss. They noted they did not see coolant leaking out, but had to add coolant. Now 9000 miles and we were losing more and more coolant. Took unit in and found out the liners are corroded through allowing coolant into the oil. The warranty company AGWS is refusing to cover it stating we didnt do proper maintance which we did, and the repair shop said no way did this happen in the amount of miles that we had the unit, that it was sold to us this way. I hope LazyDays is ready for another lawsuit, this is been over a year now and its still sitting in a repair shop. I shouldnt have to pay $40K for a motor when I did nothing wrong, we were scammed.

Able to walk around their lot uninterrupted which is always a plus for me, no hassles. When the time came to asking a price on a unit there was a sales manager able to sit down with me and give the numbers on that unit plus end of year incentives. I was able to pull up the same unit in Alabama for $8,000 less. So I believe there is plenty of room for negotiation if they want the sale. Alabama is not too far for me to drive!
