We have had five star customer service at Kunes RV of Sheboygan South. We purchased our first RV this week! Ron, Tamara, Andy, Ben, Joe, Tom, and Jackson were welcoming and knowledgeable! Everyone in the office was kind, patient, and helpful. We will be recommending this RV dealership! They answered all the questions we had before we left and when we reached out several days later with a few more questions, we received a reply in minutes. What a great experience! I can see why this dealership is so highly rated!!!
We thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated our experience and everyone at Kunes. Our sales person Jerod Denning was very helpful in understanding our needs and did a great job finding and showing several RVs that met our financial and usage situation. In fact we fell in love with the second RV we were shown and the rest is history! Everyone we dealt with from start to finish that week was helpful and accommodating, especially considering it was Thanksgiving week. On top of that, scheduled appointments had to be rescheduled in order for us to beat a major snowstorm to get the RV in place on our rural property! The sales meeting and RV walk through were done well and informative. The wrap up and financing meeting with Omar was very productive. We are so happy to have worked with Kunes to upgrade our RV experience.
Most of my reviews are on a good experience, I really do not like doing bad reviews but the service we've received over the past 7 months has been nothing short of terrible! When we bought our camper 3 years ago every was great! The people we delt with were also great. We bought a 1 year used camper, and since it was used we bought close to $10,000 in extra warranties. We have been dealing with Kunes since April trying to get things fixed, it is now mid October and we still have claims that have went nowhere! If you want to buy a camper from Kunes, great. If something goes wrong with that camper, and even if it's under warranty, good luck! We are camp hosts, and interact with 1,000s of campers (people staying at the campground) every year. The people I have talked to have nothing good to say about Kunes. My wife and I are at wits end with this, and hope nobody has to go through this! You buy these extra warranties to have some piece of mind but it has been the exact opposite of that! Also, the response from Kunes after the review I gave was fine if someone actually answered the phone number that was given to me.
Was excited to purchase a camper from kunes And got nothing but the runaround as well as terrible communication or should I say lack of Communication. When I told the manager that my sales representative was not being attentive to me and lacking communication. the sales guy Jackson called me with quite an attitude and temper, which completely made me not want to buy anything from them after that. Super rude and unprofessional. Wasted three days of my time for zero answers thankfully I bought a camper from somewhere else same day with no problems and no hassle or run around! Great selections of campers terrible communication.
