I tried to make a sale for camper I saw online. The price they gave me for my camper as a trade was very low. The reason was it a hard model to sell plus we take it through the shop to fix everything. Then I look at the offer I got. There is almost $2000.00 of extra fees. One is a service fee and the other is RV prep fee. In my opinion they are double dipping on extra fees by giving me a lower trade in value because of it having to go through the shop. Then charging me $2000 worth of fees when I buy. Watch your paperwork. They made the deal look better than it was by adding a 3000.00 down payment. That made the bottom line look better. I never said I was giving them a down payment.

Brian was our salesman and he was as good as it gets. No pressure sales...just provided all the info in a friendly way and helped us pick the perfect RV for our needs. Had the best experience today! The entire team at Kunes is amazing! Our salesman (Brian) was so helpful answering all of our questions during our purchase. He always had time to take out multiple calls and never made us feel rushed. During delivery of our camper, Tamara was very knowledgeable about things we would need to make our camper perfect. Justin in finance was so helpful and patient, answering our million questions and guiding us through the numbers. Kenny in the service dept, have us a fantastic orientation to our camper and took all the time we needed to make sure we were comfortable with operating the camper. Travis in service was so helpful with getting the camper loaded and locked down to the truck. We will be repeat customers when we’re ready for an upgrade! What a great experience with the people at Kunes RV Sheboygan North! I found a great travel trailer for my family at a good price. Erika the salesperson walked me through the process, John in finance got me a great rate at the term I wanted. They were up-front about everything. Everyone was helpful from the parts department to the techs in the back. I had traveled a fair distance to see the trailer and they had it ready to go for me the next day so I could take it home with me. I would definitely recommend this location if you are looking for a Travel Trailer or RV. Can't wait to take this out on our first trip!
