We have an amazing experience with sales rep Anthony! We knew we wanted to upgrade btu wasn't sure if we were doing it this year or not but thought we would take a look online. We saw a couple we liked and he contacted us to narrow down what we were looking for. He sent us a couple of videos on a 4 units he had on the lot. We decided to take a drive to look at the 2 we thought fit us the best. We found one!! He was no pressure sales just helpful from beginning to end. The finance guy, Max, worked diligently to get us where we wanted to be. Even called us a few days later with better news that he found us a 1/4 percent cheaper interest rate as we had not picked up the unit yet. It was a great experience from beginning to almost the end lol as we have the walk through tonight and will pick it up next Monday. Thank you to the great guys there that joked with us and worked hard for us to make the choice to upgrade in to what we wanted. Looking forward to our adventure in our new fifth wheel.
We worked with Anthony, and I must say, he is very knowledgeable. We went there with a list of campers that we wanted to look at (on a very cold day) and Anthony was very happy to help. We ended up buying 3 campers. Our experience was a good one. Will definitely go back if we ever do a trade. Highly recommended.

When Kunes bought Fat Heads a few years ago we had the worst experience ever for our first time dealing with Kunes. Promised myself I would never return. With no other options when we needed a repair we were had to return to Kunes. After speaking with Danielle about our history and what our experience was we were told that everything will be handled properly. She stuck to her word! Open communication, open emails, multiple phone calls and a camper that was returned to us in full working fashion. She fought hard for our repair to be covered under warranty even though they continued to deny our claim. In the end, she was able to return our camper back to us while still fighting with the warranty company for the repair. We honestly couldn’t have been more happy with our service! Thank you so much Danielle :) We will be back in the future!
