Eric Rankin has been very helpful in advising us about the air conditioner warranty problem we have encountered with our new RV. He's been very personable and given us the latest information on how the problem is being addressed so far. We are still waiting for a fair and reasonable resolution after 4 months of inaction on the part of the manufacturer. Eric has welcomed our phone calls for updates and hopes to see the problem resolved before next camping season. We appreciate his concern, professionalism, and attention to this unexpected situation.

I bought an Alliance Delta trailer from Kunes Green Bay. There were some issues with the trailer in the first year, but Kunes tried to work with me to make sure everything was fixed and taken care of under warranty even though I live out of state. Everything doesn't always work out the first time, and when it doesn't it's nice to work with a dealership and a manager like Zach who cares about the client having a good experience. In the end, I bought this trailer with Kunes because the pricing was great, but they delivered on service, so I highly recommend Kunes GB. This dealership is putting the customer first.

Terrible experience. We called to set up repairs to our camper(which took multiple tries and messages left with no return phone calls) and gave them the make, model, and year of our camper so they had all the information. Dropped it off on the scheduled day. Myself and my insurance had to reach out several times after this to try to speak with someone on the estimate, multiple messages left with no response. After talking to someone once, was told they were still waiting on the body shop to get the estimate. OVER A MONTH AFTER MY CAMPER GOT DROPPED OFF…. I finally received a phone call that said they couldn’t repair our camper because they don’t work on fiberglass and I had to come pick up my camper…. In the winter. IT WAS THERE FOR OVER A MONTH!!!! And they couldn’t figure out it was fiberglass before that?!? Scheduled an appointment elsewhere for repairs and called Kunes to have my camper pulled out and ready for pick up the next day. I obviously got the voicemail that they never check and left a message. Unsurprisingly, I got to Kunes to pick up my camper, my camper was nowhere to be seen, and the singular person working parts and service had no idea that I was coming. She told me she had no idea where my paperwork and keys were, or if my camper was even there. Keys were found after some searching but was told she doesn’t know if she can release my camper to me. I told her I was leaving with my camper that day and they could figure their own mess. I was given the keys and told that I had to go find my camper on my own. “Meh…. Maybe back behind the building, maybe in that lot, or maybe in the lot down the road.” FOUND IT! In a field blocked in by multiple other campers so we couldn’t hook up to it. Side note: The customer camper next to us had the door wide open… in the winter… and we literally had a snow storm the day before!!! I really hope there’s no damage to that customer’s camper from their negligence!! A tech ended up having to come out and move all the other campers and pulled ours out so we could hook up. Tech was great. He did a great job maneuvering the campers to get ours out and was very friendly. Every other thing about this Kunes experience was absolutely awful. Zero stars. Would not recommend Kunes for a single thing even if it was only option left. Don’t waste your time here because that’s exactly what it is…. A waste of time.

I recently purchased a new to us Super "C" from Kunes RV and can't express enough how great they were to work with! Bryer, the salesperson I worked with, was extremely responsive answering questions and giving delivery status. Every RV can have issues, but it's how well the dealer responds to the issues that's important. The entire service team went out out of their way to fix any problems and made sure I was taken care of! I really appreciated the "don't worry we will get you going" attitude! Their "customer first" values were apparent all the way from the service manager to the techs on the service floor. From the orientation to having me on the road I was treated with nothing but respect and professionalism. Even if you are out of state (like I was) I highly recommend you consider Kunes RV for your next purchase!!

I recently purchased an truck camper from Kunes RV. Justin was completely awesome making and explaining everything about the RV perfect. Knowledgeable and understanding, Justin knows his stuff. Any questions I threw at him he had the answer. If you purchase an RV from Kunes, ask for Justin, the man knows his business. I had a few issues on the RV that were not let's say quite normal to most rv's. Most of it was solar, off grid, and he made it right. Very pleased with his service. 👍🏼 Up buddy, you deserve a gold star.. not a lot of service like this these days out there making something right for a customer.
