We rented an RV from kunes for 2wks. Robert did a fantastic job from the start to the final drop off. He walked us thru the RV when we showed up. He was very knowledgeable about the RV and the questions we had for him. As far as the RV it was very clean and no issues with it at all. I definitely recommend for any rental unit from Kunes RV rental. Very easy process. Thanks again
Would like to say that my renting experience with Kune's RV was outstanding. I rented an RV to take my family out East and all went better than expected. The experience to travel as a family went super for we were able to enjoy this trip while closely enjoying each others company in the environment of an RV. Must say that Robert from Kune's RV made sure that we had everything that we needed for this trip out East. His experience in the RVRental business was easy to recognize for he made sure that we had everything we needed to allow this trip to go off with no negative issues. My family says "thanks Robert".
First time renting an RV trailer. Robert made it extremely easy. Communication was great - he followed up multiple times to confirm equipment needed. Unit was very clean and in great condition. Pickup and drop off were very efficient. Thank you Robert!
Awesome dealership!! Zach made the buying process smooth. Never any pressure to buy, answered all questions, got us the best deal on our new camper. No pressure to use their lenders either as we wanted to use our own bank. Service has been great as well!! Issues with camper were addressed immediately, they even went through everything with us to ensure all issues were addressed and fixed. Dropping off today to have all warranty work done, which so far has been a seamless process as well.
We had a mixed experience with this service center. Positives: The repairs they did complete were done well. Turnaround time was fairly quick, especially considering it’s camping season. Negatives: We submitted two different service requests online and never received a response. Their “text message service” had very poor communication. The awning was not repaired correctly, even though we explained clearly that it was coming out of its track and they even took a photo of the issue at drop-off. We weren’t informed until pick-up that insurance didn’t cover an $18 part. Had we known earlier, we gladly would have ordered and paid for it ourselves. Overall, while some work was done properly, the lack of communication and failure to address our main concern means we would not return here or recommend them to friends.
