Great experience purchasing our new RV at Keystone RV Center. Everyone was extremely nice, very knowledgeable, and helpful. Frank was our sales person and was great from the very start. Even shared his sausage biscuit with our 7 year old daughter who was getting a bit hangry. Frank walked us through each step which made the process less stressful. Jennifer was awesome explaining all the financial paperwork. We loved the orientation we received on our new RV. We never received that with our first RV from another dealer and wish we had. JJ was great going over everything with us. We learned a lot about our camper, but about RV's in general. The service and parts team was great switching over our hitch and camera. Even waited on us after close to get everything done. We cannot recommend Keystone RV Center enough. Thank you ALL from the Roberts Family!

We purchased a Jayco Pinnacle 38FBRK fifth wheel from Keystone RV Center in February 2024 for over $120,000. The RV was sold to us with a generator included only for us to later learn the unit was not even prepped for one. Instead of addressing this properly, the dealership attempted a haphazard generator prep and install themselves (we were told it was the first time they had done this on this model). Delivery was delayed until June 2024. Since receiving the RV, we’ve experienced multiple serious issues that point to poor workmanship and lack of quality control: • Improper generator installation (wires unsecured, unsafe penetrations damaging wiring) • Solar system programmed incorrectly, which overcharged and destroyed our batteries • Surge protector left unsecured and dangling by wires, debris left in the compartment • Antifreeze never properly flushed before delivery and our family and pets were using the water • Damaged flooring and torn sofa cushion upon delivery • Touchscreen control panel no longer works, leaving us locked out • Promised replacement closet doors still have not arrived (it’s 2026) What’s most disappointing is that communication has now gone silent. We are currently without a functioning touchscreen and without the replacement doors that were promised under an open work order. For the amount of money spent, we should not be dealing with safety concerns, unfinished work, and zero follow-through. Extremely disappointed. Proceed with caution.

Thank you to the whole team over at Liberty RV of Gettysburg. They are hands down the best. Stock aside, the way you are treated as as one of them is beyond words. We were complete noobs going into this search for our RV. This crew will make you feel so comfortable with the process. You won't feel like you're at a dealership which is what we experienced at other spots. They held our KZ Sportsmen Classic 130RD until the snow cleared without issue. Then when we picked it up they went WAY above and beyond to make sure we had everything to be safe and have a great understanding of how the RV operated. Just to give an idea of how great these people are, while there finishing up the pick up, a guy came in and had an expensive part stuck on his camper. Not sure what it was to be exact by they went out and helped so he didn't have to spend more than what he needed. Plus the guy just stopped in! Check this place out! Traded our much loved 11 year old Lance model 1985 for a new Flagstaff 22FSB TT on 10.3.2025. Salesperson was Brandon Garlock, who was outstanding, extremely effective communicator, highly professional, zero typical salesman type mind games, quick painless delivery. Finance and document processing employee also made everything very straightforward, quick and simple. I am not sure how the process could have possibly been any better.

Seems like a trend with the reviews. Amazing sales department. Service department is terrible. Throughout the entire 3-month repair we always had to initiate updates from our service advisor. Even when concerned were raised to the Service Manager, he never tried to intervene. Once our RV was "ready" we arrived and were told we owed $1200 more than quoted but not to worry they would send it to insurance. The WO we were given did not reflect the correct amount. The RV was not washed as promised. Our service advisor did not initially accompany us to view the repair work. We went to inspect the RV and found numerous problems: Metal J-wrap has waves and ripples Visible dent/scratch in the new metal Exposed sharp edges No crease on the top edge like the factory original No folded edge on the bottom, unlike the rest of the RV We informed our service advisor of the issues and he did not know what to say except they could keep the RV and fix it. We said we weren't leaving it because we had a tripped planned and would figure out when to complete the work. We arrived at 1:45 with 3 kids and finally left around 4:30 PM. Meanwhile, the service manager never followed up or checked in. To make matters worse, my wife overheard him loudly reprimanding the service advisor, which was unprofessional and inappropriate in front of customers. If there is a silver lining to this, Service Advisor Josh, stepped up and took initiative to document the issues and promise us updates. Brandy also stepped up and got the kids waters and candy! Josh deserves a promotion! He did everything a service manager should do in the situation.
